We recently celebrated my son's birthday at this bowling alley, and I can honestly say it turned into one of the most memorable birthdays it being the first time away from family. We've been here multiple times, today we came for Hoppers in 4D, the 11:15 showing. It was early & you'd think the place would be clean. Wrong.... It was absolutely filthy! The arm rests were sticky, the seats had food in them, the back of the seats had food on them, the cup holders had trash, & the floor was disgusting. It wasn't just our seats... it was the majority of them! We cleaned our own seats with wipes before we sat down! The bathroom was gross, had a mildew smell, & other than the guy scanning our tickets at the concession stand, we never saw another staff member! Preferred theater and it is so close to commute . I like the accessibility, the quality and how well kept the theater is. I have yet to try the bowling and pickle ball areas. However it appears to be a good time from what I have witnessed . Reclining and heated seats go great with a good movie. Sound quality and picture is no problem here. The theater can get cold at times but I would wear appropriate clothing . Tuesday's are reduced price if you are a member. I've seen quite a few movies here to say that this is worth the experience. I'm currently here in Red Oak and I just experienced a different experience than the 2 other parties just ahead of me in line White lady at the concession stand. Two white ladies stepped up and were not asked for their tickets to be scanned and also were asked if they were members before paying. Loved it. Next party were also two white ladies, experienced the same as the first party. Loved it then there is me a single Hispanic male and I was asked for ticket to be scanned and after placing my order she wanted me to pay and I had to mention to her that she did not ask if I was a member like she did with the previous two parties and she said "oh sorry, are you a member?" Visited the theater on 4/12/26 for the 6:45 pm showing of You, Me, and Tuscany. Our theater was grossly unkempt. The smell in the entire theater was putrid and smelled like mold, mildew, and smelly restrooms. It is sad how quickly the quality of this theater has declined. I had to find an employee to request that they wipe the seats and drink holders which were slathered with popcorn and sticky stains. Based on the other reviews and what I saw and smelled with my own eyes and nose, this place is poorly managed. My popcorn was stale and cold, someone had poured the kettle seasoning in the ranch seasoning creating a disgusting flavor. I was so disappointed because I brought family from out of town. The smell in this theater was so bad, my family member had to step outside in the rain to get some fresh air. The smell was nauseating. Please clean it up! read more

Let me say, this place is an amazing entertainment venue. I was shocked at how much there was to do there. It's way more than just a movie theater! There's huge screen for sports game watching, bowling, pickle ball, and indoor and outdoor bar. There's an actual sit down restaurant if you want to go just to eat dinner and then there's the movie theater. A few tips if you plan to go and do a 4Dx experience, eat prior to and maybe bring a cup with lids to transfer your drinks to. Just know, the rocking and shaking is intense, so if you plan to eat, I recommend eating in advance. But if you do want to take your food I to the theater, plan to go 45 mins early. It takes 30 mins to cook the food and they do not give you a device to tell you when your food is ready. read more

Came here for a movie and stayed for the music event. The theater itself was fine. But for the outdoor event, we waited almost 40 mins for our food and 25 minutes for the drinks. My order came out incorrect and it just wasn't a great experience. They were super short staffed and people waited in line over 45 minutes before someone took their orders. Word of advice...ensure you're properly staffed for events, especially when there's a bar. Both bar, inside and outside were crowded and had people waiting too long". We waited at the host stand for about 10+ minutes just to get sat at a table and wait another 30+ minutes and nobody came to our table, not even to ask us what we wanted for a drink. Paid for a 4DX showing expecting a premium experience and got the complete opposite. From the start, things were disorganized. Our tickets weren't even scanned, and we weren't given 3D glasses -- I had to leave mid-movie to go get them myself. Food took over 20 minutes to arrive (a single pizza by the way), and the movie itself kept lagging and pausing, which completely ruined the immersion. The biggest issue was during the final act when 3 of our 4DX seats stopped working entirely, defeating the whole purpose of paying extra. To make things worse, compensation was handled poorly. Free passes were handed out to others in my group without my knowledge, even though I was the one who paid for all the tickets. So the person who covered the cost didn't actually get a proper resolution. Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience that did not justify the premium price at all. I love the 4D grand Theatre. The seats were comfortable. The screen was huge along with the 4D screens on the sides. It's really great that they offer arcade and a really large bowling area. They also have a variety of different food you can order. I definitely recommend to check out the immersive seats as well. We've been to this place last twice already so my rating is the average of both visits. Photos are of the first visit 7/3/25. 7/3/25 - Wednesday Movie: Jurassic Park (Screen X) Overall rating: 2 Stars Let me start by saying that this is an amazing place where there are so much things to do. The assortment of theater experience is amazing plus an array of available outdoor activities. We drove 40 miles to see what this place has to offer. I will give the Screen X experience a 5 star but other than that, our first time experience fell short of expectation. Parking was half full as it was raining and day before July 4. Food service is when everything went downhill. My son and I ordered burger, chicken sandwich, funnel cake fries and drinks. The theater was not very busy and there was no line to order food but our order came out after at least 45 minutes. That is not acceptable as we missed the first part of the movie. They give a pager which lets you know if the food is ready but you will still have to go out and get your food and miss parts of the movie. They should have staff bringing the food inside the theater. Also, on the day we went, only one drinks vending machine was working. Kudos to the staff who keep on following up the order but there is not much they can do if order is not ready. The manager at that time was Nicklaus who I talked to after 45 minutes. He was quick to resolve the issue by offering partial refund on the food and bringing the missing item to us in the theater. In fairness, the food was fresh and above normal theater quality. Cleanliness: 3 stars Men's toilet had a weird smell Verdict: We ended up purchasing tickets for their 4DX for the following weekend. Will give the place another shot. 7/13/25 - Sunday - the redemption :) Movie: Superman (4DX) Overall rating: 4 stars Wow! What a comeback! Parking was not as easy as last time and as the place becomes more popular, I hope parking won't be a problem. We opted to dine in the restaurant and food came out quick and fresh. My son ordered the chicken sandwich, salad, funnel fries, mozzarella sticks and drinks. Menu is slightly different from the theater food stand and quality was equally above average. We opted to eat before going inside the theater because the movie is in 4DX. This experience was incredible but do not bring food and drinks inside. The only setback was that one of our seats has chocolate (i hope) smears. The cleaning staff was quick to go back and have the seat cleaned but made it wet. They provided hand towels for me to sit on. Toilet still had that weird smell. Invest in air freshener :) and take car of your staff. They are your assets. We really wanted to like this place! It's such a great concept, but very poorly executed. We came on a Monday afternoon, so there was almost nobody there. It was not busy at all. The employee behind the snack counter had no idea what to do. It took about 15 minutes to get popcorn and a drink because the lady behind the counter didn't know how to use the system. There was zero sense of urgency. They were sold out of almost everything, including bottled water. One lady said the socks cost three dollars (socks are required to play- which we also didn't know) and the other lady said they were free. We did pay for them. Then when we got to our theater, the AC wasn't working so it was about 85° in there. We were in the theater that has the playground, inside which just made it could even hotter. Afterwards, I asked the bartender to speak to a manager, but the manager never showed up. The kids had a good time but I'm not sure if we will come back or not. I absolutely enjoyed myself at this entertainment center. I like the variety of activities that you can do so I recommend coming with a plan and expecting to spend hours here. You can play pickleball and corn hole outside, go bowling, watch movies, and just snack and lounge around. It's a bummer that everything is a separate cost, but I hoped all the activities were bundled together in one price. I'm sure they have that option, though, and if they do, that would be phenomenal. I decided to email customer service, not expecting a refund--I'm fully aware of the refund policy--but hoping for a gesture of goodwill since I had to pay double for my error. Unfortunately, they were unable to offer any assistance. I strongly recommend double-checking your ticket dates before purchasing. Visited this establishment last week with my kids and it was horrible! I was served by a server named Z, and she completely ignored my table for the first 5-10 mins. When the food finally arrived it was cold and i asked her to bring it back and waited another 30 mins for the food to come just for it to be cold again. The restaurant experience was horrible as a whole, the bartender at the bar was very good but thats about it. Everyone in the restaurant pretty much had an attitude. Pros: management did what they had to do to help the situation - we were given 2 vouchers since we left mid movie. July 7 Showing: a quiet place 4DX 1) employees need training. I may have met 2 who were actually hospitable / seemed to maybe enjoy their job. They were playing behind the counter/ looking unapproachable, or having to be asked the directions to the theater we would view the movie in. Usually the ticket taker directs us. 2) people were in our seats when we got there. Since they were kids/younger, we let them sit together and we sat in their seats. No biggie then, but throughout the movie they were giggling / laughing out loud at parts of the movie that were not funny. It would be complete silence, and someone behind us would laugh, and that started a ripple effect. Annoying. 3) the seats were not working. We decided to get up and leave to seek a manager. Someone had already done so, and he had to come in and check what I believe he called the compressors. Overall experience was meh. Our vouchers expire in 2026 so we have time to come back and hopefully get a better experience. But to pay $20 for an experience that was out of order -- no way. Imagine a playground, bowling alley, and arcade all combined with your favorite outdoor bar hangout spot complete with giant TVs for watching the game and a grassy area to play cornhole. As a parent of small kids, I've really never found a place more perfect for giving my kiddos a place they love to hang while also being able to do the things I enjoy until now. On top of the facilities themselves, I was truly impressed with the quality of the food (you definitely need to try the soft pretzel and funnel fries!), the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness especially given how popular it is on a Friday night. The soft opening was tonight and it was a good time. The place smells so fresh and clean just like a new facility should. The food and drinks were good, the atmosphere was family friendly. There are some obvious things that they still need to implement before the grand opening like a smoother seating system for the restaurant, a ticket drop booth and a hostess stand but I enjoyed myself and will definitely be walking here to see movies or to have a drink or play pickle ball or watch the game.
