Preferred theater and it is so close to commute . I like the accessibility, the quality and how well kept the theater is. I have yet to try the bowling and pickle ball areas. However it appears to be a good time from what I have witnessed . Reclining and heated seats go great with a good movie. Sound quality and picture is no problem here. The theater can get cold at times but I would wear appropriate clothing . Tuesday's are reduced price if you are a member. I've seen quite a few movies here to say that this is worth the experience. I would highly recommend recommend.

I'm currently here in Red Oak and I just experienced a different experience than the 2 other parties just ahead of me in line White lady at the concession stand. Two white ladies stepped up and were not asked for their tickets to be scanned and also were asked if they were members before paying. Loved it. Next party were also two white ladies, experienced the same as the first party. Loved it then there is me a single Hispanic male and I was asked for ticket to be scanned and after placing my order she wanted me to pay and I had to mention to her that she did not ask if I was a member like she did with the previous two parties and she said "oh sorry, are you a member?" I gave her my number and continued with my payment. Where is the consistency? And do you see how this can be perceived as a racial thing?

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We waited at the host stand for about 10+ minutes just to get sat at a table and wait another 30+ minutes and nobody came to our table, not even to ask us what we wanted for a drink. It wasn't busy in there at all. By the time we gave up and went to walk out the bartender asked us if we had been served, we said "nope! Tired of waiting" and walked out. Didn't seem like any of the employees gave a damn. This was my first experience and my husband's second bad experience. View from our table at Olive Garden

I love the 4D grand Theatre. The seats were comfortable. The screen was huge along with the 4D screens on the sides. It's really great that they offer arcade and a really large bowling area. They also have a variety of different food you can order. I definitely recommend to check out the immersive seats as well. This is great for a family day, date night, a night out with friends definitely check out if ever in the area.

Very long line to get drinks. Only 1 vending machine was working.

The family had gathered at the bowling alley with a large group, many of whom were elderly. Upon arrival, they intentionally chose seating at the far end of the facility to remain out of the way and to better accommodate the needs of older guests, including the grandmother, who uses a wheelchair. Once all guests had arrived and they proceeded to secure lanes and rental shoes, they were instructed by the manager to relocate to lanes closer to the center of the building. My friend respectfully explained that this would be highly inconvenient and potentially difficult, as it required moving her grandmother and several elderly guests. Despite this, the manager showed no willingness to accommodate or consider their circumstances. While attempting to comply and relocate the group, one of the family members fell and sustained an injury to her knee and shoulder. This incident understandably caused distress. When the manager was informed, his response lacked empathy and professionalism. No apology was offered; instead, he simply proceeded to document the incident. From an outside perspective, this situation raises serious concerns regarding adherence to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Businesses have a responsibility to provide reasonable accommodations and ensure that individuals with disabilities are not placed in situations that compromise their safety or accessibility. Requiring a group to relocate without consideration for a wheelchair user's needs appears inconsistent with these obligations. My friend's family has been loyal patrons of this establishment for many years and has contributed significant business over time. However, what stood out most in this situation was the clear lack of hospitality, as well as the absence of any apology or genuine empathy following the incident. This response, combined with the overall handling of the situation, has led them to decide they will not be returning.

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've seen. We brought our 85yr…read moreold family member who is wheelchair bound, and her daughter specifically requested a lane at the far end for safety and comfort to be out of harms way. That request was ignored, and they were placed in the middle of a busy, high-traffic area where specifically her daughter asked not to be placed. that request was selfishly ignored. To make matters worse, one of the guests fell who happens to be my 77yr old mom and the response from management was completely lacking in compassion no apologies , no making sure she was okay nothing just an incident report . This goes beyond poor service it's a failure in basic human decency and safety awareness. Management should seriously reevaluate how they handle vulnerable guests and emergencies. Our family feels discriminated because of the guests age.

He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.
