Dicks and Asurion refused to honor the insurance that was purchased. Dick's is willing to sell you Asurion Insurance for your sporting goods. When the insurance you purchase refuses to honor the policy they won't stand behind their customers. Rather than honor the insurance we purchased for $50 the insurance company had the gall to offer the money we paid for the insurance back. Dick's did nothing to make this right even though we have proof of purchase of both the bat as well as the insurance from them and we were well within the time frame of the insurance. Do not purchase goods from Dick's. Scheel's is a much better option!!!

They didn't know how to use the baits. I then proceeded to ask for certain reels and line combos but was steered towards a totally different reel and line set up. They need to not let their good workers who is actually knowledgeable about fishing quit and hire these non outdoor fishing workers. They need to bring back the guy would help everyone out at night that knows his stuff.
