Yea not my type of place, can't walk 10 feet without someone approaching ya. Some people like that, me not so much. Had a guy approach me within feet of walking in the place, talked to me like we've been friends for years, very loud and got into my space, very uncomfortable. Wow! That is all I can say when driving from Milwaukee to drop off my 4-wheeler, talked to the people in the shop and they knew I was coming, showed up at 4:59 and the doors were locked. People in service and in the shop saw me, put their head down and didn't acknowledge me at all. I know I was there with 1 minute to spare and a few moments would have made me a happy customer. Can't give these guys enough praise. Was stranded at a gas station in shiocton when my battery decided to die. We were on our way through loaded down with gear for a multiple day trip. Called team to see if they could help. They sent someone all the way to us with a battery and tools and even brought a trailer just in case there was another issue and the bike needed to be taken to the dealership. Thankfully it was just the battery. They totally saved our trip! Thanks fells! You will be getting all of my future business even though you arent my closest yamaha dealer. read more

Service is ok, last few times they never called when done. Prices on new machines are better then the guy in Little Chute.

We purchased a new Honda UTV from this place and the sales and service was awesome, until we finalized the deal. They really do like to apologize, although nothing ever gets done. Shortly before the 1 year warrenty was up, we had a possible electrical issue with the machine, we don't really know what was wrong, cause they never told us. They picked up the unit, a day after they said they were going to, and returned it a day after it was due to be back. The sad part it that the unit only had approx. 700 miles on it and it was returned to us, when we were not home, and the front tires were ruined by someone doing highspeed burnouts on blacktop, as is the assumption after talking with various professionals in the tire business. Team Motor Sports claims that , "it wasn't them", although they had asked if they could keep it over the weekend to try to figure out the problem, and it was also the same weekend as their stunt show. I highly recommend doing business at a different dealer. read more

This place is something else! I went into the store to look at new MX bikes and since they have all brands I figured it would be a good place to go. Well they know nothing about the products they sell I knew more then the sells guy did about the bikes. This was frustrating as I had simple questions about the bikes but left with no answers. Their knowledge seems to come from the computer as they look everything up as year, make, and model. I understand there is no one that knows everything about every bike but man the simple things should be a given. I asked for a 19" rear tube for a motocross bike and they asked what year make and model. The next thing I noticed was that everything is over priced (more then retail) items that are lower dollar amounts they must figure price gouging on the small stuff is a good idea. If you are looking to buy I would look else where! read more

I was quoted a price on line. I called to confirm final price and asked if this is the final price. Was told yes from sales man. Went there next day to buy and was told by the same sales guy $350 more than final quote. Was told everyone does this. I left and went to Kens sports. 20min drive from De Pere. Found the same bike. Paid $450 less for same bike and was helped by knowledgeable sales person. read more

I have purchased an atv and a moped from this store. Several years apart. Both experiences went well. Was approached when I entered and asked if I needed any help. When I didn't need help they left me alone to browse the store. The moped was readied, I was given a walkthrough, and was on my way. This is the main retailer for several brands in the Green Bay and Fox River Valley. It is a clean and well maintained facility. They are also very involved in customers interests such as sponsoring off road rides and trips to bike shows in Chicago. I wish some of the prices I paid were a little better but I come back for the service, selection, professionalism, and community involvement. read more
