First issue was During the recent cold spell they sent out email stating they were leaving pumps running 24/7 for the week, well 3-weeks later pump was still running 24/7 after multiple calls and multiple Techs onsite including Frank , they still could not get pump back to normal operation , then Frank claims the Timer Magically broke while they had pump on 24/7 ! TIMER WORKED FINE UNTIL THEY TOUCHED IT !!!! So Frank the genius comes over and says no worries your pump has built in timer i will just set that and no need for manual timer! Then next day pump is still on 24/7 Now Frank the genius is called to come back now i am told the pump timer does not work and need new mechanical timer $300 !!!! Again worked fine until they touched it !!! Now timer is changed out and the genius sets it to come on 11am and off 3pm What kind of pump cycle is that ? Now Pool 2 weeks ago is green and cloudy, but i receive my weekly email after tech leaves, stating my pool is now clean and Pristine !!!! How about far from it !!!! Nolan then comes back with some other tech and acomplishes nothing, the pool is filthy obviously he did not vacuum either , but he did manage to leave the pool cage door open and next morning we had a nice visitor of a 5-6' black snake in the pool cage !!!! Now i am being told Pool is on Chlorine Lock !!! How does a pool get on chlorine lock ? From improper maintenence and chemical imbalance !!!! So Now the Circus Clowns Tell me they need to drain 1/3 to 1/2 pool to fix it and the Ring Leader of the Circus Vlad actually asks me if i can handle draining the pool , are you for real !!! So Frank is back again to drain the pool and re-balance the chemicals this was on monday 3/30 its now friday 4/3 and pool still is cloudy And now the icing on the cake , Today is our scheduled service and Nolan comes out go service the pool and once again leaves the pool cage door open and now our Cat got out and is now missing !!!! When Barb retired, her company was apparently acquired by Howard's Pool World. Unfortunately, they have a strict policy of servicing a pool only below the water line. When some worrisome black mold appeared on the underside of the coping tiles around our pool's edge, they absolutely refused to remove or treat it.
