After 8-10 business days (New York to San Diego) I have received my camera with all the promised accessories in a brand new condition through USPS.

Apple Store where's my review! I love this location and I've been here for training and purchasing…read moredevices and more. I've never had a problem with service because I'm patient. They have seats where I can relax and wait. Everyone that knows me knows I've got about 10 Apple devices and I've purchased my daughter so many such as her watch and iPad, keyboard and pen. We visit this store and enjoy the Grand Central Atmosphere. If I find my photos I will repost them. I doubt I saved them. Enjoy this location when you're in the neighborhood!

I've purchased devices at lots of Apple Stores in Brooklyn & Manhattan. The Grand Central Store is…read moreone to which I'll never go back. The location is stunning, up a staircase that looks down a level to the main floor. There are display tables on both sides after one ascends the steps. It doesn't have the look of a store, being completely open. My visit was to purchase a new Apple Watch. But I left without one because of the poor service. Although the store wasn't busy, the employee that approached was extremely rude. Before I could explain my purchase need he summarily dismissed my presence and walked away. Needless to say I didn't pursue help from anyone else. I left, determined to never purchase or visit the store again. I've had terrific service at the Downtown Brooklyn & Williamsburg Stores. I've also had great service at the 5th Avenue & the 14th Street Store, near the High Line & Chelsea Market. I've purchased iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches or MacBooks at all the above stores from friendly, helpful personal. With all those options available I certainly don't need the Grand Central Store.

DO NOT BUY AN HP PRINTER!…read more I have one right here.....Envy 6000 Series, Fax, Scanner, Printer. Like everyone else, you buy it because it's cheap. OMG, then you learn the gimmick.....you must use only their ink cartridges! You must subscribe to their ink program. Another brand will fail to work. It's only $2.99/ mo for me. But they monitor your usage, and decide when to send you a fresh ink cartridge. Is it cheaper in the long run? I'm thinking.....

I will never buy an HP printer or anything HP. I was very close to being scammed but thank God I…read moresaw the light. My 2700 printer was trouble from dayb1. The internet connection repeatedly "fell off." It happens...I can easily back the connection but no matter how much I tried, failure. Didnt matter if it connected because I held my breath it would work. All I saw were flashing lights. I swear I wanted to pick it up and slam it on the sidewalk m. I decided I will see what the company has to say. I called a number on the site and the gent answered "HP support." The man asked for permission to have access. Of course he could. It wouldn't stay online so he performed some maneuvers totally foreign to me but he got it to connect m he had me print a page and told me my printer was fixed. I was away a few days so I had no reason to print anything and just left it unplugged. This man said he would call me in a day or so. I figured I should check this before he calls so I can tell him it was it was printing. in the former phone call he said if it was still not working he would see about sending a replacement. I am getting suspicious. In caller ID I dont see HP. I see IDea. Hmmm Then I plug it in. Now it is done. Finished. Does not turn on. Truly, dead. So i phone that same number and get a different man. He asks if he can access my camera so he can watch me unplug and plug in, ditto with the printer power cord , off and on. I press "in" and nothing. He agreed i should get a replacement. He would send me the exact same printer, and I should use the same box that he used. Then he says "but you need to send a dollar first for what I have no clue. He mumbles why they charge a dollar and no, do not send me this same piece of crap and no, I will not give you a dollar! I say to him why woukd a company tge calibre of HP ask for $1? I say no thanks and I hang up. I call a different "support number" and this time I get a female. Im thinking yay this is the real HP! She says she sympathizes with me and I was entitled to a replacement. I tell her about the guy who I just talked to me actually asked me to pay a dollar on my credit card. Doesn't SHE say "yes. It's not unusual for us to ask for $1.00." I hit the roof. I say OMG you are a scammer too! No offense to any other person who comes from a foreign country with a thick accent. Nor do I want to say that these scams all have a similar ring to them. Same accents. Super super nice, caring. I have encountered a few others I caught trying to scam me. You cant be too careful. Be very wary and look at where the call came from via caller ID. They even set up a faux website, complete with logo. Here we are, having to discern AI from reality and add to it the bad people with no soul ir conscience. Went and bought a big, beautiful Epson Workforce today. Set up was a breeze. Never again, HP.
