The one thing that disappointed us was the attitude of the lady working there. She was not friendly at all, didn't even smile once during the 3 hours that we were there. There is zero customer service. When it came time to leave instead of giving us a 30 min reminder to usher the kids out, she went in at 6pm and shouted at everyone. I think this is very unnecessary as the kids were having fun. As parents we were already trying to get the kids out of the play area to the best of our ability, but kids don't necessarily respond well to yelling. I liked the venue, but won't be coming back. We came here to have fun, and this kind of customer service has definitely left a very negative impression for us.

There were also children still wearing their shoes, and an adult who climbed the lava slide IN HER BARE FEET even though there's a big sign that says no bare feet and no adults. The lack of parental presence with some of the kids is also quite disappointing, as one girl was quite pushy with anyone who tried to get into a play structure with her. Also, people who exit/ enter the playground area aren't very careful, leaving the gates open on a few occasions that I noticed. (as my toddler tried making a beeline out of these gates). Pretty cool that they have laser tag here (for an additional fee that's cheaper when purchased the same day as your visit). Cubbies for your shoes and jacket, but no lockers for valuables. My family went here for a birthday party for my niece (14) and her 5 cousins between the ages of 10-14. Many of these kids showed up excited for their first time go-karting. That excitement changed to hurt really fast. After a brief safety explanation given in a briefing room, the kids are told to get their helmets. The helmets are multi colored and despite a chart showing sizing, nothing made sense. When asking a staff member for help, the response was a direct aggressive yell saying "READ THE SIGN!!" This was followed by little to no explanation to the kids in the cars on how the cart operates especially concerning going in reverse if in trouble/or stuck, and instructed not to push a red button that has the words "PUSH" on it. What this led to was kids crashing very hard into walls and getting stuck, followed by the same staff member screaming at the top of his lungs at these children. Carts also were malfunctioning, surging, or not braking correctly. Massive safety issue worthy of anonymous Work Safe BC call which is on deck. Needless to say, despite for paying for two rounds, upset and crying children (plural) elected to leave after one race.
