During the 3-day trip, Ahmed was personable and fit in with the group members and interacted with them when he wasn't driving. But most importantly, he was a very safe driver that I could relax with from the front seat. The motorcoach was very clean and well-maintained, and when we got some rain, Ahmed made sure to cover the steps into the bus to avoid slippage. The company is top-notch!

There are not enough good things we can say about this driver and this company. Our agency has been taking motor coach tours throughout the country with a variety of motor coach companies since the late 1970s. I cannot speak of the tours prior to 1992, but, in the last 30 years, I do not believe we had a better bus driver than, Dee or a better motor coach. Dee showed superb driving skills with the ability to get to destinations in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and security. While driving Dee was able to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our travelers. She helped the passengers in all aspects of the trip, even when our chaperones were ill and were unable to go along on some spots on this trip. Dee went above and beyond when the hotel our group was staying at let us down. Dee was polite, courteous, and showed a professional manner with all passengers at all times. She was also outgoing and had a personality that kept our tour lively and fun. In past trips we have had very good drivers and drivers that were very personable, but, Dee provided the best combination of outstanding driving and great customer relations. We hope to use Innovative Coach and Dee in the future, Thanks!

Then I found Turkey Hill Ice cream Experience only 30min away from Lancaster, and decided to visit. We bought the double scoop experience (comes with ice cream test lab) and obviously that was the highlight of the place! The test lab is about 45min experience and the whole thing with self-guided tour takes about 1hr 30min to 2 hours depending how crowded it is. The visit was fun and of course my 5-year-old daughter had a great time eating tons of ice cream!

I choose one scoop; hilights of my visit- learning history of Turkey Hill, process of icecream being made, creating a virtual icecream flavor, watching the production , live from interactive camera in one of the exhibits. Be sure to take the few moments, to watch the introduction video. My favorite ice cream sample flavors were Graham Slam & Blueberry Lemon Pound Cake. An attraction must, well visiting Lancaster, PA. My recommendation would be too sell a few more flavors that you offer , with unlimited tastings. My favorite was orange icedtea.

The guest were mainly sophisticated women of a certain age! Well the party bus was to arrive before 11 to make the show in New York at 2pm, texted 10:40 to say vehicle was at a mechanic??? Then after several attempts to find out the owners plans to transport us he said he would get a charter bus and would arrive at 11:50! Never happened, then he was frustrated because we obviously weren't happy and cancelled our bus! We then had to drive 20 people in different Vehicles, toll, parking and arrived to show an hour late! This person should not be allowed to do business with anyone! No accountability, Not apologetic, didnt give a sh@t who he hurt. This is unacceptable, don't support people who don't deserve your business. He had No respect for people who wanted to support a black owned business,even when something said do different! Really sad! Do better!!!!!

Otherwise they have a fully stocked bar in the back and prices aren't too bad. They inform you of all of the birds and anything if significance you pass. Tom & Steve are the owners. They are very nice. The cost was $19 per adult and $10 per kiddo. I did appreciate that they didn't play any music so we could converse.
