At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! We loved the experience, but when we got a flat, our trip became a nightmare. We were in the middle…read moreof nowhere, and the first three customer service reps thought I should spend the night on the side of the highway with my two children, rather than helping us get a service to come out and change the tire. I was very disappointed, the first rep cancelled the tire service because, surprise surprise, there was no tire shop open at 7 pm. NOBODY called to update me, only the Michelin service had told me it was cancelled. We finally got three very friendly guys to come out and put on the spare for us for a crazy amount of cash. When we finally got back on the road at 10 pm, the sensor fault came on. "Oh, you need to go to a garage immediately and get it recalibrated." At 10 pm?! There's no garage open that late! Even if it wasn't the sticks, no place is open at 10 at night. We ended up driving back home with the sensor warning on the whole time. It was a very frustrating experience, but the experience with the RV was phenomenal. Otherwise, I'd give only one star for the customer service alone. I get that the reps are in California, but they could have at least asked what time zone we were in.

The sales person assured me that once i sign the agreement, she would take care of all the insurance and the transportation and flights for their driver. I'd been asking her several times to get this information but she did not and waited until it was too late for me to cancel. When i go pissed at her, she said to send her an email that my aunt was very ill and she would send that to customer service and they would refund me then went ahead and charged me 75% of the rental plus held my $1,000 deposit. All a ploy to have documentation against me. What a joke!

The paint job was fabulous, the pickup was simple, dropoff was a cinch, and the annotated map they sent us made finding great options for parking and other activities much easier. The bed was way comfier than we expected and all the linens were fresh. We didn't use the camping stove but the setup would have been perfect for a mini-kitchen, for sure.
