The sales person assured me that once i sign the agreement, she would take care of all the insurance and the transportation and flights for their driver. I'd been asking her several times to get this information but she did not and waited until it was too late for me to cancel. When i go pissed at her, she said to send her an email that my aunt was very ill and she would send that to customer service and they would refund me then went ahead and charged me 75% of the rental plus held my $1,000 deposit. All a ploy to have documentation against me. What a joke!

At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! I had a rolling island in the RV they never secured it. It fell over and went through the wall. they also cut off the awning light that went underneath. It never put it back on it just threw it inside. The RV. Travel Trailer had a black awning on it. They said they ordered it. They called me said ordered the wrong awning. It's white to black which I didn't want, but I need my Travel Trailer back because I was living in it. at the time in the middle of selling my house and waiting for my new to on it's . Then they up charging me $1400 and they wouldn't charge me tax. That was my big discount.when contacting them then they kept saying that the manager would get back to me which never did six days later the guy that towed the trailer was on the phone saying they have no manager and he started yelling at me and telling me it was my problem my fault I should've had everything closed up. They did not want to fix anything in the Travel Trailer. I told them I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau. They said they didn't care do it and that they're not refunding any money. Their customer service is awful and so are they beware? in conclusion, I did report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Thank god I had stopped or I could've been driving for hours with the panel open. I called to tell them and a nasty woman told me "stuff happens". OWNER was arrested fOR NOT paying almost 500K in sales tax. Funny thing, is NO ONE seems to care that this business is STILL OPEN and operating . I don't know where we go from here. Neither of us have ever lived in a travel trailer before and knew literally nothing about anything. Gigi, Ivan, and Jared helped us pick our perfect home. They made the entire process simple and worry-free. We had an inspector come out and he gave us a list of repairs which the crew here took care of right away. They have been our go-to for ANY AND ALL questions we've had over the last 3 months. How to flush our tanks, which truck to purchase, how to put a hitch on, how to tow our trailer. Literally every question we've had, they were knowledgeable and patient enough to answer for us. I don't know if they want this advertised, but Jared even gave us towing lessons. He is legit a prodigy when it comes to towing and we knew we were learning from the best. He has been so incredibly patient and encouraging. We are about to set off across the country and really couldn't have done it without these guys' help. Thank you so so much. Lastly, Gigi holds a free event every Friday night at the dealership with food, drinks, and live music. They recently moved to Pompano Beach and the spot is awesome! Highly recommend going for a great night out.
