rented a 31FT RV for a 4 day camping trip for a family of 4. Site claims up to 8 people can sleep, but in reality more like 4 (6 tops). This seems to be the norm though for ALL rentals so keep this in mind if you are more than 4.There were some costs i was not aware of up front after i made my deposits (insurance rates, cleaning fee, etc) so make sure you ask up front for these costs. As it was my first time renting an RV, i did not really know what to ask for so i can blame Miami RV. Once all that was worked out, it was smooth sailing. RV was in great shape and ready to go when i arrived. After a 1.5 hour overview of the "do's and donts", we were off. i was a bit intimated driving something this large, but a few pointers from Dean gave me the confidence i needed to drive and maneuver the RV. I HIGHLY recommend taking notes during the instruction and as there are many little things that you will likely forget. I needed some help getting hot water going ( I forgot the instructions) but within 30 minutes of a 10pm phone call, i received what i needed and wifey had her hot water. If you are searching for a quality and new (2016) RV rental with great and friendly customer service, call Dean and company at Miami RV. My advice - prices were competitive and i would go larger when in doubt. Difference from a smaller RV to the 31 footer (really 34 ft) was minimal and chassis is the same so driving it wont make much difference but you get the extra space. read more

This was the best experience that we did not expect.We planned out trip literally a day in advance and they were able to accommodate us.We reserved the RV on Thursday and picked it up on Friday.We did not have our paperwork but they did.Our representatives Dean and Lori?(not sure of name) meet us at the RV storage spot and took their time orienting us to the RV life.They were very thorough and patient in their instructions. We rented a class C RV with 2 slides.The RV was clean and spacious.The seating in the interior was leather.It was comfortable and easy to keep clean.Their were 3 televisions with digital signal.The bathroom was clean.The main sleeping are was spacious.There was plenty of storage space.The kitchen was adequate for camping.We used our 2 burner hot plate due to never having used a gas stove which was in the RV.It was more than adequate for 2 people when it could sleep 8. This company has high standards but this is how they maintain their quality of their products.The RV was easy to hookup to the electric and water supply at the campground. We are officially hooked on the RV vacation experience and look forward to future trips and experiences with MIAMI RV. read more

I have been very impressed from start to finish with the service provided by Miami RV Rentals. From the moment you request a quote you are taken through a very slick video message communication system which tells you what to do next. The first message I received with the quote actually showed me inside the RV I wanted to rent. The videos continued all the way until pick up day and ensured that I knew exactly what I was doing (which was important to me as this was my first RV rental). Dean and the staff were also very accommodating. A few days before the pickup Dean met us at the RV site to show us around so we knew what to expect and what to bring. He spent as much time with us as we needed so I was very grateful. On checkout day they spent over 2 hours with us to ensure that we were fully comfortable and knew what we were doing for driving and hook ups at the camp sites. Again, they have honed their process so that it is thorough and complete in this respect. This was our first time renting an RV and it could not have been a more satisfying and memorable experience. Dean at Miami RV went over every possible detail with my husband Larry. He provided such great extras for us to partake in. We drove from Miami, Florida to Plymouth, Massachusetts with 4 small children (5yr old, 4yr old, and 18 month old twins!!!). Thanks to Miami RV, we had a WONDERFUL and comfortable journey. Our Minnie Winnie (Winniebago) 8 sleeper was more than roomy and we slept and lived comfortably at a couple of RV stops along the way. We rented a 33 foot Minnie Winnie from Miami Rv rentals and I have to comment on the stellar service we received. I checked several rental places and although they are not the cheapest at first quote once I dive in deeper to the other places they turned out to be the best choice. The unit is brand new with only 8,000 miles on it. The whole process from beginning to the time we picked it up has exceeded my expectations. The training was very detailed and bonus they give you a summary sheet that highlights the major points. This company is a class act and really gave us piece of mind on our trip. We are now on the way back and I don't want the trip to end. The unit we rented was great and presented to us in perfect condition. This was our first experience in camping with an RV and it was amazing! The RV was easy to drive, even through harsh weather. When it rained, it was great to have a place indoors in which we could just relax and enjoy each other. The RV was pleasantly clean and the air conditioner was working perfectly. I have nothing good to say about this business. They are abusive and have no manners. They are crooks. The RVs are not worth the price you pay to rent them. They over charge for everything.
