We had a great experience purchasing our new Brinkley Z3515 from Fun Town RV in Anna, IL (although I am not a fan of the name - think it sounds like a play area in a Chuck E Cheese). We worked with Ryan in Sales and Mindy in Finance, the deal they made us and the service that was provided was absolutely too notch! After talking with another dealership in St. Louis we were frustrated with the poor and/or misleading information that was being provided so we reached out to Fun Town even though it was quite a bit further away. Immediately it was apparent they wanted our business (which was not the impression I got from the other place). They answered our questions quickly and accurately (which is saying something because I am not an easy customer and I had a lot of questions) Mindy in the finance department was brialliant. She was able to find financing at the rate the other company had promised but was unable to deliver. No one was ever pushy trying to sell us anything, they just presented the information and tried to be helpful. On the day of pickup we regrettably arrived late but everyone was super helpful. Their staff stayed after hours to help us transfer our belongings to the new camper. When we realized the pin box was set to high, causing the back of the camper to ride low their shop personnel had already left for the weekend, but get this! THEY ACTUALLY CALLED SOMEONE BACK TO WORK TO RELOCATE THE PIN BOX! We felt horrible since this was all caused by our late arrival, but absolutely no one said or did anything to make us feel uncomfortable. They really could not have been nicer. As a customer I feel like I got a great product at a great price, and made a few new friends in the process. We will definitely be doing business with these folks in the future. read more

Working with Meagan and her team was a great experience, she was attentive to my wants and needs. Meagan put together a group of fifth wheels from good, better and their best. Explained all of the common items between them and what drove the price on the more expensive ones. I had lots of questions being a first time buyer, Meagan answered them and the ones she could not she wrote down and had answered prior to me making any decision. The good part was once all my questions had been answered Meagan was wasn't pushy one way or another, which I can appreciate. The finance team put together a purchase package I could live with, stay within my budget and interest rate requirement, as I had done my research. I truly feel I received a far deal. When time came to pick up my fifth wheel the service department had everything ready to go, and even had suggestions on items I would need to get started. The team went through everything to do with the operation, maintaining, and transporting of my new RV.
