    On October 30,2019 we purchased a used 2017 Dodge Ram from Marion Toyota. We viewed on their website and came across a vehicle we wanted to go by and check out on the lot. After looking at the vehicle we wanted more information and possibly drive it. When we walked into the dealership we where immediately greeted and asked if she could get someone to assist us. Our dealer was Jerry Rambeau and couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with. Answered all our questions we had. Everyone at Marion Toyota was a real pleasure to work with and made our experience very pleasant. We look forward in doing future business with Marion Toyota

    To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my vehicle purchase and the unacceptable handling of repairs by your dealership. I purchased a vehicle from your dealership for approximately $20,000. Within three months of ownership, the transmission failed. Your dealership initially refused to address the issue until I made a public complaint, at which point the vehicle was finally taken in for repair. My vehicle remained in your possession for over two months. When it was returned to me, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Damage now present includes cigarette burn holes inside the vehicle (I do not smoke cigarettes), exposed framing underneath the vehicle, and underbody panels that were not properly reinstalled or secured. These issues were not present prior to your dealership taking possession of the car. Due to the damage caused while the vehicle was in your care, I no longer trust your dealership to perform any additional repairs. Allowing further work by the same party that caused this damage is not an acceptable solution. Sincerely, Ashleigh Sprague

    I don't know if it's just the guy I dealt with or the whole team, but there is some shadiness…read morehappening here. They make a commission on the maintenance they provide so my service advisor totally tacked on an extra hour of labor ( two hours, even though it only took one). Hoping I wouldn't notice. They immediately fixed it when I questioned it, which tells you all you need to know. Definitely making me question my loyalty to Honda. I will be going to a different dealership from now on.

    Took my newly acquired car to PM this morning for transmission work. The Service Writer, Tony was…read morevery personable and kept me updated throughout the day. However, as soon as I was dropped off to pickup my car, I noticed a sizable scratch and scraped area on the lower, right front fender. I know it wasn't there before because I'd just waxed the car couple days before taking it to the shop. I immediately went inside and told Tony about. He came out and looked for himself. He said it couldn't have happened there because nobody told him about it. He called a Tech over and asked him about it. He denied hitting anything. Of course nobody reported it. It's human nature. I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice it. I went ahead and paid them nearly $600.00 for the work they performed. It was a real kick in the teeth to spend that much money only to find they damaged my vehicle. They made no offer to make it right. I didn't even get an apology. I told them I would never patronize them again, and that I was going to review them on Yelp. They didn't seem concerned. My advice, if you do take your car there, take pictures of the entire car. In my opinion, someone there is a liar.
