I picked up My RV after getting My Rubber Membrane replaced due to it having to be removed for a Warranty Repair of The RV That Required the Total Removal of All Roof Components and The Membrane. The Original Decking WAS NOT COVERED but the Technicians Took Pics showing me there was No Damage to The Decking EXCEPT FOR SMALL BITS OF THE THIN LAYER THE ADHESIVE HAD BONDED TOO! THE Service Tech BRANDON in Conroe WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ON THE JOB MAKING SURE I WOULD BE HAPPY! Brandon took the time to fill in and smooth out any low spots in the decking naturally caused by the membrane removal. He took Longer Than The Quoted PERIOD ICK UP TIME BY 2.5 Hours. But It NEEDED IT TO BE A QUALITY JOB. Also CHRISTOPHER AND JARRETT HELPED Get My Job Done Successfully! Lila The General Manager also Was Involved. But I was absolutely blown away by the honesty, professionalism, and expertise of their team. Zach, the service technician who worked on my RV, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, to my surprise, it was far less serious and costly than I had imagined. Salesman, Derrick Brooks - Greeted us when we arrived, great smile. We came in to get a feel for all the different options available. We sat down to talk about what we were looking for. After seeing a variety of floor plans, we narrowed down to focus on our type and what was in stock. However, he encouraged us to walk in many others just to see if anything sparked our attention. Derrick was kind, patient, very informative, answered every question and made us feel comfortable. No high pressure sales turn offs. The sales associate (Ciera) was phenomenal! Each time we went in she would find time to at least say hi. Wait times even with an appointment is horrible. Our experience with the walk thru was much less than satisfactory however after expressing our disappointment in them to a sales manager he jumped in on things and made sure we left satisfied with rv as close to up to par as possible and in tow. If you buy from them make sure you examine the exterior of rv you will be purchasing they do not fix anything that is caused by the builder. All in all the experience was ok. They definitely need to work on having people available in a decent time frame. read more

We needed to order some parts for our camper and they helped us figure out exactly what we needed, and got them to us in less than 2 weeks!!
