We had an emergency situation with our motor home and were hoping and praying Fun Town in Denton was open so they could help. We arrived only to see their gate closed. We waited for a bit and around 11am a young gentleman (later found out his name is Mike) pulled up. My husband explained what happened and we needed help. Mike told us they didn't sell or service motor homes but would be more than happy to take a look at it and see if he could help in any way. He went through the coach and determined the problem rather quickly. He had us pull it up to plug it in to see if it was the generator or a bigger issue. He was 100% right, it was some switch thing in the back storage compartment by the generator that was causing the issue and not allowing our air to work. Another gentleman came in to help with the issues and we were back on the road in no time. We can't express how grateful we were to end up in the hands of Fun Town RV. Mike is a blessing and you guys are very lucky to have him. We're from Kansas and were getting very hot in the Texas Heat. We started looking for a larger travel trailer or possibly a 5th wheel in August of last year. We went to so many different locations as well as a couple of RV shows. We finally decided on the Vibe from Fun Town Rv . We wanted a dinette instead of a table and chairs yet that option wasn't available. We called the Fun Town Denton location as it looked like they had one. Jason Floyed took our call and he offered to go out to look at the two they had on their lot. He came back and informed us they didn't have the dinette yet he had already called the manufacturer and asked how much it would be to order one with the dinette and also inquired how much it would cost to add one to that particular model if we were willing to wait. I had a great experience from the moment we walked in the front door. Mike the sales manager greeted my granddaughter and I at the front door with water in hand. He asked a few questions about our current campers and trips we all had planned together. Within 10 minutes of getting to know us and letting my granddaughter give feedback on exactly what she was looking for, we were on the lot looking with a salesperson who Mike had lead us to the perfect camper. Although the salesperson was kind of boring and confusing on the demo of the camper but it didn't matter. The layout and specs were exactly what my granddaughter and her husband were looking for. Always a guard up when I have to buy stuff from actual sales people but it sure makes it easier when they become your friend and associate with you as if you guys have been friends forever. One star is generous. I bought a travel trailer last year, it was delivered to be defective. Had three water leaks immediately, since I have had nothing but trouble with my RV. Rust covered anything and everything under the RV. The sales man, if you can even call someone that, that does absolutely nothing and knows almost nothing about RVs, simple questions like... "is the roof walkabout?" Said he would get back to me, never did... took the GM to let me know. Plus the slideout on our RV has always dipped or tilted as sitting at the dinette it is quite awkward when the table is not even close to level. This problem is most likely due to the fact that they move RVs around the lot with the RV slides extended.... That can not be good. Bottom line, I would never recommend anyone purchase an RV from this dealership. read more

Fun Town in Denton was very helpful from start to finish. Their prices are extremely low as well. We received smiles and warm welcomes the moment we walked in all the way to the moment we left with our new camper. You don't receive this kind of customer service nowadays it seems but sure grateful we did. We shopped online at 6 different dealerships for campers and Mike the sales manager and Gio the salesperson were the only ones to assist us that night. Their finance guy Tony was great with all the info and coverages, and he fought hard for a good rate for us. We've already sent a couple people their way and we will continue to do so. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we received throughout our purchase of a Riverstone 425FO. It began with Jason Floyd, our sales rep and an amazing person. He patiently worked with my wife and I through all of our indecisions about which RV we wanted, even a last minute switch from one RV to the one we actually bought. Our salesman, Jesse Mooney, was very helpful. He took the time to show us our travel trailer and answered all of our questions. The buying process was transparent, and we were able to purchase and take possession of our trailer in the same day. Store was well stocked. There is a great selection of rv's to go through and choose from, no matter what your need. Staff is super friendly and helpful. One in particular stood out and his job didn't seem to be one that would interact with the public. He was on a forklift moving rv's around and I guess we seemed lost because he stopped and asked if he could help us. Such a nice young man, he said his name is Cory. Quick to sell us an RV, however they sold us a screen to go across the back door (approx. $400) but did not order the hardware to actually install the screen. many many follow-up calls for missing parts and just get the run around, nobody knows what is going on at this place. Customer service unless you are actually only want to buy an RV and no parts/service is extremely lacking... shop elsewhere. it is also telling when customers are unable to go up the management chain to get assistance... big red flag. read more
