After a really bad experience at another local alignment shop I had trusted for 20 years, I wanted to share my experience with TRUXX for any Jeep owners in the area. I spent a good amount of money at the other shop having a 3.5" MetalCloak spring lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks installed along with an alignment, only to end up with a severe death wobble the minute I left the shop. I brought the Jeep back and explained the issue. They performed another alignment, charged me again, and then told me they couldn't stop the death wobble and had done all they could do. At that point, I was basically left hanging out to dry. I then contacted Ethan at TRUXX. They looked over my 2023 JT and immediately knew what needed to be addressed. I left the Jeep with them, and they had everything corrected within 24 hours after the parts arrived. The Jeep now drives the way it should -- and then some. If you own a Jeep in Denton County and need suspension, steering, alignment, or death wobble diagnosis, I highly recommend TRUXX. This place is under new ownership and for someone who has been coming here for four years, this new owner will be great. I had to get my tonneau rails adjusted because some of the clamps fell off from when they installed a year ago and the new owner jumped in and took care of it right away and realigned them. Took my vehicle in to add a towing pkg. We brought it in because it was a more complicated install and we're told they could do it. They cut my rear sensor in half and did replace and install a new one. My fear is that based on the rest of the work they did that sensor probably isn't installed correctly. When I first drove off the car was rattling and making a ton of noise. So I turned around and they said the bolts used were too long and said they corrected the issue. A day later I noticed it's still rattling and my fiancée got under the car and said it was some of the worst work he had ever seen he is going to have to redo it. There is a bolt completely missing letting passenger side muffler droop and it's a mess with zip ties and all. Don't use this place if you want quality work. Had a feed store destroy my bed cover. Was sent to this TERRIBLE astablishmmet and have been waiting for over 2 months for a bed cover. My experience..... I placed a order for lift, shocks, wheels and tires! Waited for a appointment to come in due to being busy that I do understand. I traveled from Houston area to get my work done in Denton Tx location. Dropped my truck off at 8am, got a call around 2pm telling me good news is got lift and shocks done but...... bad news is unboxed wheels and one had a large dent and can't finish. Have to wait on new wheel to come in. ( First off my Business, when I place a order for something, as soon as it gets off the truck I check my product for defects!! Witch they did not do!!! So I had to leave with a lift and shocks but no wheels or tires!! Return a later date (today) to get my wheels and tire put on my truck!! Dropped the truck off at 8:10am. I waited in the waiting room from 8:10 am to 4:15 pm. To Mount and balance 6 wheels!! Let's just say I am a very unhappy Customer and I will never ever be back. And to top it off, when I got on the highway to make my 4 hour drive, at 65 mph and up my (brand new) truck shake's like a unbalanced washing Machine. Javier had a fifth wheel hitch for sale that I bought for my 2020 ford f250 at a discount because he had purchased it for a customer who changed his mind. I drove 108 miles round trip to pick it up. I got home and found that it was actually for a 2020 chevy. I contacted him and he got right back to me and told me he'd have a brand new one for me the next afternoon. I went there the next day and he had a brand new one in the box waiting for me. As a business owner myself, I appreciate his customer service handling and immediate concern to make things right. If I could give this place half a star I would. Don't EVER waste your time coming here. Had a miscommunication about what type of airbag system I had on my back axle and that the hitch I wanted wouldn't fit. I told them it was fine and that I'd live without the airbags. I had over $600 in hand ready to spend but once my dad showed up he had some questions as to why we couldn't mount it. Instead of addressing his concerns, James was completely condescending to my dad and overall RUDE. I told him I will get a goosneck hitch and a new airbag system but it will NOT be at his store. I rodeo and am in the horse business so I will definitely warn ALL of my friends about this place. read more

Great customer service even after the sale!!! In 2011 I purchased a new F-450 for towing my RV. I purchased a Roll n Lock bed cover, Ranch Hand bumper replacement brush guard and a Air Lift spring assist bag system. After 5 years my relay went bad on the air system. James and Joseph repaired and upgraded my system, free of charge!!! Joseph was very helpful in keeping me informed on the status of my truck. The customer service is 2nd to none. We have used this shop to accessorize our trucks for over 10 years. Our last several experiences have been frustrating. The attitude and customer service of the employees is unacceptable. They act like they are doing us a favor. A simple repair wound up taking three weeks to wait for parts. They were irritated when I would call once a week to find out if the parts have arrived. They assured me in a huffy attitude that they would call when the parts arrived. I never heard back from them. I will not return to this shop. read more
