I'd give it 3.5 stars. I got the Trio package for our 3 boys that included a round of mini golf,…read more$15 in arcade game credits and a round of laser tag. The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

This was a fun spot to check out and play a round of mini golf. I was initially nervous the monster…read moretheme would be a little too much for the kids. But they loved it, especially the gigantic green monster that would occasionally pop up and tower over the course. There are many different packages you can purchase. I ended up going with the combo golf and arcade package. It was a fairly good deal and I knew there was no way I would be getting out of this place without my kids playing a few rounds of Air Hockey and Skee-ball. I also enjoy a good arcade game myself. Some of the games, not all of them, dispense digital tickets. We managed to collect enough to get some fun toys including a spider that would crawl down a wall and an ice cream cone where you can launch the ice cream right off. My son thought this was the best invention ever! Overall, our time here was spectacular. We can't wait to visit again!

We had an incredible experience at Build-A-Bear in Fair Oaks Mall. My mother and I brought my three…read moreoldest children in for a special day while Grandma was in town. As a mom of four under seven, I'm very familiar with the chaos that can come with excited kids trying to make decisions -- and let's just say... it was a long process. From the start, both the manager, Rich, and another employee, Jaleesa, were fantastic -- friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They offered help multiple times throughout our visit, without rushing us or making us feel like we were a burden. When it was finally time to bring their new stuffed friends to life, Rich went above and beyond to make it magical. The ceremony was full of energy, heart, and fun -- my daughter has said multiple times since that she'll never forget the day her bear was born. Jaleesa was also wonderful -- kind, helpful, and warm throughout the process, especially when it came to choosing outfits and final touches. I especially want to recognize Rich's enthusiasm, positive attitude, and the kindness he showed even while speaking with his team. It's rare to find people who truly love what they do -- but it absolutely showed here. As a mom, investing in toys like this for my kids is no small thing -- so I'm incredibly grateful that this wasn't just about the stuffed animals. It was an experience, a memory, and a moment my children will carry with them. We've visited this store before and had a good experience, but this time was unforgettable thanks to Rich and Jaleesa. We'll definitely be back -- and I'll be recommending this location to everyone I know!

The black women/men's dress boots are all sold out. Well, maybe not. There are one pair left on the princess frog. This place is pretty busy. The sounds of kids laughing with joy/glee warms the heart. I wanted to see if The Ursula Bear is still being sold. I bought one earlier on this year and only recently bought boots for her. I Saw the Harry Potter School Robes are back. It was tempting to buy a RavenClaw Robe, but resisted. My Ursula is a Slitherin for life....no!...FOREVER:) It was nice to visit this store again.

This attraction also included a fun ropes course with a zip line that went over the first floor. Near concept! My favorite was the laser tag. While it was a small room, it made for a super fun and competitive game! Each attraction set is $10/each, but they always have great deals. We spent $20 and got $40 worth of activities! The staff were mostly friendly and nice. The only downfall of this place is the "go-karts," as they were more like slow bumper cars that you can't bump. Definitely not worth $10. There's also a huge arcade and restaurant here. Highly recommend checking out Fun Land!

There are a couple items that disappointed us to the point of no return. We bought the unlimited gokart rides. There were only about 7 or 8 people in front of us in the single rider line and maybe 4-5 people in the line for double riders. It took ONE ENTIRE HOUR for us to finally ride. The track is extremely small and they only let about 1/2 the cars on the track at once. Actually, it was more than an hour. Part of the reason is people kept crashing and the workers had to stop the ride, walk to them, get the car unstuck, then walk back and manually start the cars again. This is absolutely ridiculous and hopefully they figure out a better process. There was a line for laser tag as well, but they went faster. Instead of waiting over another hour, we decided to play arcade games. So many of the games were broken such as the bowling, some of the basketball games, some of the skee ball machines, and many more. I don't feel like I got my monies worth.
