We've been regulars at Jolly Yolly in Fairfax for a while now and bring our 4, 5, and 10 year old all the time. It is one of the few indoor play places that genuinely works for that range of ages. The younger kids love the climbing structures and slides, and our 10 year old never feels bored. It's clean, bright, and set up in a way that lets kids explore while parents can actually relax a bit. This was our first time hosting a birthday party there, and it exceeded expectations. Everything was organized, smooth, and low stress. Elif, our host, was excellent. She was warm, attentive, and completely on top of the details from start to finish. She kept the party moving, helped with setup and transitions, and made sure the kids felt celebrated. It made such a difference to have someone so thoughtful and capable guiding the experience. I used to visit this place frequently with my son, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. He handed me a ball covered in dried-up feces. This poses a significant safety risk for children who might touch or ingest the balls. If you can't clean and inspect the balls, it's not appropriate to have them available for children to play with. read more

We came here for a birthday party and had a decent experience. The event was very structured and lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Compared to other indoor playgrounds we've been to in Atlanta, this one is on the smaller side. Once the party time is over, you're asked to leave (you have color coded wristbands). Other places we've visited usually allow kids to keep playing afterward, though those facilities were much larger. There were multiple birthdays happening, so I guess it makes sense to flip rooms and avoid having too many kids. Kids were putting balloons in their mouths and I didn't see anyone sanitize them? I didn't see a designated spot to place items that may need cleaning. read more

REMEMBER TO WEAR SOCKS. I've been to many similar places of these and adults just wear shoes. Apparently socks are required and they charge even adults for socks, which is absolutely ridiculous. My kids give it a five, I give it a three! Jolly Yolly is a mega play place located right in the heart of Fairfax City which makes it a popular spot for weekend hangs and birthday parties. It has lots of sections to play whether you're a new walker, tiny toddler, or crazy active big kid so it's great for bringing a big variety of ages together. We have hosted and attended several large parties here and was appreciative of the flexible party spaces from ten to one hundred, allowance of private catering, and general ease of hosting. The Bad: + Large space makes it a bit hard to keep track of children and can be sensory overload. + Bathroom is located in a long hallway outside of the facilities which is annoying for potty training kids, taking shoes on and off with kids, and hand washing. I came here for a play date and have to say the location is clean, brightly lit, and easy for parents to sit and watch their kids run around. There are a lot of things to keep kids active. I came on a Monday during the day and it wasn't over crowded at all. The staff wasn't rude, but not overly pleasant either. That was fine since they were mostly there to make sure folks adhered to the rules before entering. The only real complaint I have about this place is that the bathroom is outside of the play area and so far down another hallway. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Seems like a great place to let the kids run around while parents can sit and watch. read more

I'm updating my review after our amazing experience hosting a birthday party at this location. This was the easiest and most stress-free birthday party I have ever hosted. When we arrived, I handed our supplies over to the Daniela, our wonderful party host. She quickly got to work, and the room looked fabulous. The children ate their pizza and cupcakes, and Daniela whisked in and cleaned it all up. Their structure for parties is perfect - 45 minutes to play and then 45 minutes to eat, sing, and play for a little bit before the party official ends. We had a private birthday party here and it did not disappoint. The facility was clean prior to our arrival. The staff was friendly and was so helpful with checking in guests and making sure all was set for our party. Our main party host was Trinity and she was fantastic. Very unprofessional & concerning experience I normally don't leave reviews, but my family and I had a very upsetting experience at Jolly Yolly Kids that I feel other parents should be aware of. While we were there, one of the workers appeared to be extremely intoxicated. She was stumbling around, slurring her words, and was being overly friendly. At one point she actually kissed my grandmother on the head and started talking to my entire family in a way that made all of us uncomfortable. What worries me most is that this is a place meant for children. Their safety should be the priority. Instead of addressing the situation, the other staff members acted like nothing was wrong. They did not remove the intoxicated employee or take any steps to handle the situation, which was honestly shocking and unprofessional. read more

Regular Admission Review: Great indoor place for kids to let out some energy. They have a toddler station, ball pit for babies, and a big jungle gym area for the bigger kids. It's spacious but can easily get crowded especially on rainy days/weekends. They provide sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere. They have tables and counters to sit and socialize. They offer drinks, snacks, and coffee for purchase. Socks and signed waivers are required for both children and guardians upon entering. It is located upstairs above the Planet Fitness and there is an elevator for access. Plenty of parking is available in the shopping center it's located in and competitively priced for the day pass. Private Party Review: We hosted our child's party here and rented out the entire space so that our large group can feel more at ease as the children run amok. Our party host Reuben was very helpful and kind. He was proactive with set up and let us enjoy the space. He checked on us as needed and went by the schedule without being too rigid. I've been to some places where they "micromanaged" the group. The two hours definitely flew by for the kids but we never felt rushed. They all had so much fun. My only issues were 1. The times for private parties are extremely limited. Fortunately our group was ok with the late start time. 2. The private party package includes the same amount of kids as the most expensive non-private party (just a room/still open to public): 20 kids and 20 adults, extra cost per additional person. I feel the number should include more, like 25 or 30 before they start charging extra, since we're already paying almost double for the whole space. Also, some water bottles should be included in the party package because I'm not paying extra for Dasani lol (iykyk). Good for little kids less than 6. Except during summer camp time or field trips when big kids pour in and take over the place. It's a small facility. Theres no bathrooms inside the facility. You have to leave the facility to go use the bathrooms. There's no trampolines. Limited ball pit. Staff are friendly. Went once and won't return. read more

This place is very clean and reasonably sized for a moderate number of children. We stopped by on a weekend and it was great early on. Our kids really enjoyed the options here. When it got closer to noon, it really got crowded and became basically an insane asylum for kids. The energy was actually demented and overwhelming given how many kids were here and the number of parents who couldn't find a place to sit. It seems like a fine place for birthday parties et al, and the play options are definitely fun BUT be ready for the energy to get crazy on the weekends given the combo of walk-in's and parties that will converge. Our last visit was such a turnaround from a few years ago. Clean facilities, friendly and vigilant staff. The little kids areas were monitored to make sure they weren't being taken over by big kids. Staff were keeping an eye on behavior and making sure no kids left the play area without their adult. We had our daughters birthday here and we had a blast!!! The good: the pizza was fresh and delicious, the set up was pretty (color and quality). The play area is clean and so fun!! The kids had a great time playing ! The design of the play structure is easier to keep track of the smaller kids than most other places, especially in the little kids area which they also loved! The staff were efficient and kind: they helped loading up gifts and other things into a cart during the clean up process for easy transfer to the car. The not perfect: you mostly set things up while the party is going on (the play time). The table wasn't set up when we arrived. We had a few timing issues because our party attendant disappeared for a while so things were not being done according to the schedule. As a result the kids ending up being quite rushed during their lunch and during the cake. Then we had to tear down quickly to vacate the room. thankfully the manager was aware, apologized profusely and handled the situation for us.
