Great place to take the whole family. The kiddie pool was a plus. Overall the park size is ideal. Didn't have to look hard for my wife on the other side of the park and every pool had water slides for every age. There is even a large jungle gym with water spouts for the children. The only down side is that no outside food and inflatables are allowed. Definitely a great place to go back too.

We visited last Saturday for the first time. The park is awesome, not to crowded and fairly clean. Love the activities for the little once :-) , the only down side is they will not allow ANY food or drinks, not even water and snacks, but their coffee shop is too busy and no good food! All fast food not good! My son had the pizza, half way eating the pizza we noticed it was molded ! And they don't really sell any snacks. You can't even bring water. I wish that part can be address otherwise it is a great family place.

Its ok..might go back to visit.. Alert you can not bring your own food, Your only allowed to order from thier Snack Bar which is Insane.. the formation of the so called line is CRAZY!! PS you can bing a picnic .... but must eat it outside of the water park on the Goose poop Lawn. Kiddie pool machine pump broke down when we were there. but it was after a major strom.

They have a splash area, a baby pool with a slide, a sand pit and some larger slides for the bigger kids.

Review of water park only:…read more Don't buy for the whole family. We made the mistake of buying for a family of 4, but only small kids would enjoy this. Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

We visited on Sunday morning during tots time 9-1130. It was empty with only a few young kids so it…read morewas easy watching two toddlers running around. Kids two and under are free to enter. We had a blast at the bounce house and the ninja maze. There is a rock climbing wall and some advanced obstacle course for older kids. My kids were fascinated by the arcade too, they sat on the motorcycle and pretended to play. The groupon deal makes it worth going, you get two hours of play on the regular ticket price. Staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. Will recommend!

Just a splash pad and lazy river. You can bring your own drinks and snacks which is nice. Not easy to maneuver from one side of the park to the other. Not enough shade. This place is affordable and for the most part family friendly. We arrived and unfortunately they…read morewere at capacity and the line moved very slowly. We arrived a little after 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. When we left at 5pm there was no line at all. You can bring in food from restaurants or even receive deliveries from local establishments. There were several birthday parties and everyone seemed to be doing well. The lazy river is the most "pool" you'll get here. It's mainly a splash pad with a lazy river. The deepest water is 3' feet. It was $44 for two teenagers, one toddler and myself. They charge based on height. 43" inches or less and seniors receive a discount. All the staff are kids. It's about an hour drive from DC. I'm sure we will be back at some point because it's not as intimidating as a Six Flags or Kings Dominion. It's easy to watch the little ones here. This is not the spot for teens. They were extremely bored. We came in contact with several regulars. They gave us the scoop about everything. Like when to come, what to wear, where the nearest restrooms are (mens restroom was super nasty btw). Otherwise, it's a pretty laid back place.

We went to the indoor water park here since it's shoulder season and not everything is open. Only…read morethe indoor water park was open, the outdoor water park is closed until Memorial Day weekend. The park was clean, well staffed, and lines moved quickly at rides. They had commentary life jackets but only one in adult size which was weird but it worked since only one person in our party wanted one. You don't really need a life packet since most rides have water going up to only about 3 feet My favorite ride was the last river. We spent a long time on our tubes in the lazy river. I also loved all the water slides and was amazed by the availability of 3 person tubes which made us super fun for our party of 3 to ride together. They also have surf lessons included which I wanted to try but they closed the water park 2 hours early with no disclosure of reasons. The hot tubs were great too The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the tickets cost $63 whether it's only for the indoor park or for the indoor and outdoor park admission. There is no discounted rate during the off season when the outdoor park is not in operation, or at least that's what it seemed from the online website.

This was our first time at an indoor water park, the disappointment was high. We frequent water…read moreparks back home and I say this is a quarter of what you'd get anywhere else. I get they have an outdoor park that makes it bigger but then the park tickets should be cheaper in the off season. Waterpark food, don't even try. It was a huge hassle and really isn't worth the price. I think people in jail get better food. Kid behind the counter was good but they kept messing up our order. More than once. Wasn't the kids fault though. As far as rules go: they don't check bags, I watched many patrons with food and drinks not from the facility (including alcoholic), kids in the adult hot tub BUT the lifeguards did great and honestly it was still a good time, just not 50 dollars a person good. Seems they're adding on, I'm sure this will make a huge difference in the future.
