August 21, 2024 I just want to mention how much I like dealing with East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, Pa. I purchased a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. It is their top of the line reverse trike. I dealt with Mike ( Sales Manager ) and had a wonderful experience, as usual. I have purchased 6 trikes from them over the years. I keep going back because of the great service and parts department. Anything I need they will have in just a few days if not in stock. I went there today and told them that the shock that holds up the drivers seat doesn't work. It keeps falling down. The service dept said they will order the part and will install it when it comes in a few days from today. That is what I consider good service and great customer relations. When I purchased the trike Mike gave me a free drivers backrest at no charge to close the deal. That's worth $359 plus installation. The backrest arrived 4 days later and they installed it immediately. A couple months later I noticed that the right front black inner fender broke off at the lower joint. They ordered the part and again it arrive a few days later. They initial charge was $277 for the labor. It might have happened as a road hazard where something hit it, but I don't know. Mike spoke to the service department and they didn't charge me anything. I will always buy from them and recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Can-Am Spyder or any other vehicle they sell. January 18, 2025 I was having a problem with my 2023 Sea to Sky. It wouldn't start even though the starter turned over strong. It had a Hinji Chinese battery. I removed the battery and the dealer gave me a new Yuasa battery. After installing the Yuasa and charging it the bike still didn't start. I had a tow company pick up the bike a brought it to the dealer.( East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, PA.) The cycle was there for a day and then they called me to let me know it is fixed. They found carbon on the valves. They used starter fluid to ckean them out and also put a charge on the Yuasa battery. I only had 6200 mikes on the bike but I believe the carbon came from me lugging the engine during the first 5 months. They also mentioned that they had a few of the same problems eith the 1330cc engine in the past. I drove away and headed home. The bike ran like a champ. I also shifted at 2500 rpm's and higher this time. I want to thank East Coast Cycle Center for doing a great job of fixing the problem in just 24 hours. I have purchased 5 Spyder's from them over the past years and have gotten 5 star service every time. Kudos to Mike the service manager and Bob the technician who serviced the bike. I called ahead and was told they had a new 2024 xr650l in stock. i told them im bringing cash,and enough extra for $4000 down ona second bike, a crf300l for my son..they said great... when i arrived on my zx6 with hanigan sidecar (very tidy rig) and walked in,both guys at desks on the floor were playing on their phones and didnt say a word to me, hardly looked up. i sat on the xr650 i was there to buy,and they said it was sold,then went back to watching videos on their phones.. i said that i had called and that they had said they had one for me to buy.. they said "sold" then giggled at a video they were watching. They didnt even try to show me anything else or give me any options. the only saving grace was a service guy who came out and started talking to me and scolded them for not haveing a sold tag on it. i took my cash to another dealer when visiting folrida and bought both bikes i wanted. read more

I went in here on Friday 6/3/2022 to inquire about buying a new Sea Doo and the salesman who "greeted" me waved at them and said "that's the only one we have left". He could not be bothered in the slightest to actually stand up and help whatsoever. I give the one star only because one of the other people there was able to answer some of my questions very thoughtfully. I had running lights installed for my jet ski by the manufacturer at a cost of 1800 dollars after one week, the lights failed. I contacted the sea-doo dealer and was told it would be taken care of when I brought it in to have it winterized! now here it is 2 years later and I was told the same thing Then they told me they couldn't get the parts! For a supposed reputable company they should have replaced the whole thing. If they can't get the part for the lights to be installed, they should give me the 1800 hundred back or go to a different manufacturer for the lights! All they are doing is giving me the runaround. I don't wanna hear that It is from a 3rd party! I am very active on social media but believe you me that I will be putting the worst possible reviews I can to all of my 25,000 followers! if this isn't taken care of by the time 2024 season starts I will have it posted at every marina on the east coast! So after two weeks of waiting for simple job like oil change and lubrication also install new winch after i pay charges they broth my side by side out and discover that none of this was done ,brand new winch (was supply by me) still in box so I went back asking what was done guy inside told me :-we was look at " so if you going to do simple service you better do your self other wise this idiots working this place going to LOOK AT for two weeks and they will charge you ......What a f....g place to get screw ....never again . This place sucks. Where do I begin. Figured a lot of places where packed and wait time was heavy due to COVID so they'd be willing to do honest business, gave them a call, they seemed nice and they Took my ATV no problem. I asked for an oil change or tune up and check the tire pressure ( fill with air ). they say I needed a new battery (which was running fine when it got there I have video). I Got a service bill for $880 dollars to do the work with labor!!!! I told them I'd be pulling the bike out of there. Also, there was no getting around $137 bill for what they say is wrong with the bike. So in summary I got a piece of paper of what was wrong with the bike for $137. I understand it's not free but their prices are outrageous. With a Little Google and research, I ordered the parts online and found a person to do it for a fraction of the cost. Unbelievable that they are even in business with prices like that. Do your self a favor and stay away. The guy Max was a nice guy. But I'm sure even they know they charge cocaine prices. Never again. These guys are great! We had a issue with our new Spyder so we called and spoke with Kevin in service and sent a picture of the issue. We received a call from Twins Towing Transport a hour later with a pick up time. This is amazing, no issues or problems just get it resolved mentality. You don't see this type of service from other dealers. The East coast cycle team completed the repairs the next day and scheduled the return delivery of my Spyder. In 24 hours my Spyder was picked up, repaired and returned and we live 2 hours away from the shop. Again Amazing! Bought a used bike here recently with low mileage. $250 staging fee for them to rob me of my cash. I tried haggling on price but that didn't work. I later found out they dropped the price of like bikes by $400 dollars over what I paid for mine. Kelley Blue Book? "We don't go by that." I also found out from the dealer I took the bike to today that they had to have swapped my tires out with worse ones. They were down to 2.5 32nds for a bike that had less than 1000 miles on it. Not sure how that is even possible without some shady business practices. Worst thing? Not much I can do because they sold it to me as is. The warranty they offered was almost a third of the cost of the bike and totally not worth it. The clutch was grinding which needed to be adjusted immediately upon sale. Icing on the cake. Do not buy a bike here unless you want to be taken for a ride... read more

I took a motorcycle in to sell. At initial inspection, they told me that they could give me $1,100 to $1,500. It was a 2007 with only 20,000 miles. After reviewing, they told me that there was damage to the fenders (front had a small scratch the size of a quarter, and the rear had paint rubbed off from the saddle bags); they also said the clutch slipped (probably needed fluid because of a leak in the neutral sensor switch). They ended up only giving me $650. I know it would not cost them $900 for a little touch up paint, and a quick clutch adjustment. What a rip off joint. read more

OK so here is my experience with East Coast Cycle. Found a EBay listing for A leftover CanAm side by side. So I drive there to deal in person on the machine. Spoke to the sales person about buying the bike and they kinda treated me like a tire kicker..I had to actually say.."Let's do this" to get em going on the sale,I thought was kinda weird. What happened next Is the real problem. I ordered accessories from them to be installed before pick up. While cleaning the machine I checked the $975 genuine Can Am skid plates and found they were some other cheaper brand and also parts were missing. Then I checked my sales receipt. Found I was charged for Can Am parts. When I called about it I got a lot of we don't know what happened. They made me send pics to prove it. Then after about 7 phone calls and 4 weeks of complaining the work was scheduled for Saturday morning while my wife I waited. FOUR HOURS LATER...the work was completed. I waited for an hr for the one guy named Aaron to come back from lunch and when he came back the guy seem like he hated his job before I even started speaking with. UNSAFE MECHANIC SERVICES! I took my motorcycle in for PA State inspection. I paid to have the front brake pads replaced which was required to pass THIER inspection. While I was riding home from East Coast Cycle Center the brakes failed just in time to run a red light. They didn't tighten bolts that hold the caliper in place so the caliper came off the rotor. Being that it was unsafe to ride, I had to argue, them to come pick up my bike so they could fix their mistake. Don't forget I paid them for a state inspection that obviously wasn't done properly -- they inspected their own work! What will the mechanic look over next if they can't perform a simple inspection or brake job? read more

This has to be the worst services team I have ever experienced. It took two weeks just to get an estimate sent to my insurance let alone start services. They kept forgetting to send the info to insurance. Totally unprofessional. It has taken almost two months just to fix a bike that fell over with minor damages. If you want to have your whole summer riding experience taken away from you just drop it off here and they will take care of that for you. Cant believe I am not allowed to give zero stars. I thought this was going to be my go to place but dropped my bike off to get a rear tire put on and they put a dent in my exhaust, it was put on the day before and never even rode with it on untill my trip the whopping 10mins away and went straight home to wash her up and a big dent on the side I know wasn't there. I bought a new motorcycle here in May 2017. I really really hesitant because of all the negative yelp reviews. I've been in sales for over 20 years and I realize there's always two sides to every story. After a week of research I decided to go in anyway to see if I felt comfortable with the dealership and obviously the motorcycle as well. I've dealt with Aaron (salesperson) via telephone for a few days prior to visiting and he was awesome from the beginning. I had my own financing but after dealing with the finance person (lady can't remember her name) I decided to go with their financing because it was more than fair. I ended up buying the Suzuki C50 BOSS and have been happy ever since. The amazing thing is that the parts manager noticed I didn't bring a helmet with me and basically gave me a premium helmet for almost nothing. I have to say people are entitled to their opinions but it isn't fair to give bad reviews when you don't understand sales, finance or how any dealership operates. If I could give them a 6 star review I would. I am a real customer and not affiliated with them in any way just thought the reviews online were overly harsh and somewhat idiotic from uninformed customers. This is my third motorcycle and a great experience. Please stop complaining to get free stuff from companies whose reputation is their livelihood. I'm glad I trusted my gut and gave them a shot. Worst place. Worst service. I was there yesterday buying a tv oil. The sales man wrote in permanent marker the atv oil and motor oil so they wouldn't get mixed up. When I got home I noticed they oil was not the right oil for my atv. I went to return the oil today and a new "sales manager" refused to take the oil back because the bottle had permanent marker on it. I explained that it was their sales person that wrote on it. He refused to take the oil back. I got angry and said they had the worst customer service and that I had problems a few years back. A reason I hadn't returned for business in the past few years. The manager cursed me out and when I told him I would report their company to the better business bureau he challenged me and told me to go right ahead and give them his name. I still cannot believe what had happened and I urge everyone to travel a little further to find a business that values you. read more

Believe all of the reviews of this place! I bought a used bike here one year ago. The price was higher than most other places, but I though it was a good dealership. Aaron, senior sales guy, does walk away from you in the middle of the transaction, no lie! I buy a lot of vehicles and I love the Honda Fury. So I contact Aaron to work up the deal since I am a loyal customer. Right!!! I paid more than $5,000 for my bike plus the stupid set up fees, $400+. He tells me he will give me $2,000 for my bike. Are you serious? I drive it 5,000 miles in one year and lost $3,000!!! Are you kidding me! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! I am going to Vince and Philladelphia Cycle, at least he is honest and up front. If there were no stars, that would my rating of this place. I visited East Coast Cycles with my dad, we searched for about a half hour before finding any help (We had to ask for it). The sales guy we had did not care at all, he would have rather talked to his buddies about drinking and partying. He was extremely unprofessional and a bit creepy. The prices are inflated hugely, even the accessories were extremely over priced.. (Despite my pleas to look elsewhere) My dad ended up going home with a white Honda motorcycle, not even a MONTH later, there were so many problems that the repairs would have cost more than the motorcycle itself. I know what you're thinking, isn't there a warranty? Well, we didn't buy the warranty because it was extremely expensive, and honestly I wouldn't have trusted any of those rude workers in there to touch anything of mine. They are con artists. Do not go there. The experience left us with bruised egos and now there's a $5500 useless piece of junk sitting in our garage. read more

I took my bike there because it was overheating. They told me it was a thermoswitch. Left it with them to fix. They don't give me a call for 4 days. So i call them, "We had to order the part" they say. Ok, that is fine, but they could of let me know that seeing as how my bike is my only mode of transportation. I ask them how much, "156." Ok thats fine, nothing in life is free. Another week goes by and apparently the part still isn't there. And then another week goes by, still not done. Finally after three weeks they give me a call saying that it was done and the total was 211, WTF! An over 50 dollar price jump, again with no call. So i go and get the bike and ask them why the price jump, they say that it was always that price. I had no proof, so it was my word against theirs. I just wanted my bike back so i paid up. When i got it back it looked like it was in a storm and apparently it was. They keep the bikes out back under a tarp exposed to the weather, and the weather was hurricane Irene. The thing that made me most mad was the fact that after i got my bike back, the temperature gauge wasn't working and the fan still didn't turn on even though they said it would. I'm sure that other people have had good experiences at this place, but i myself did not. If could give them some advice i would tell them to work on their customer service and to thoroughly inspect the work they do. read more
