BEWARE - Avoid this dealership at all costs. I called Stars & Stripes Harley-Davidson three separate times about a specific motorcycle listed on their website: a 2023 Low Rider ST with 2,024 miles listed for $15,477. Because I was driving from a distance, I repeatedly asked the staff to physically confirm the bike was actually there. One employee even told me she personally went and touched the bike on the showroom floor. I called again the same day, just a few hours before leaving, and was told once again that the motorcycle was there and available. Based on those assurances, my friend and I made the drive. When we arrived, the salesperson did not take us to the motorcycle I specifically came for. Instead, he walked us around the dealership showing us other bikes while he supposedly tried to "find" the one I asked about. Eventually we were told the bike had actually sold the night before -- even though I had been told just hours earlier that it was there and someone had physically verified it. At that point it felt exactly like the classic bait-and-switch tactic: advertise an attractive used bike to get people through the door, then try to steer them toward more expensive inventory. While sitting down to discuss another bike, a 2025 Low Rider ST, the salesperson claimed a new one was around $30,000. However, the MSRP listed on Harley-Davidson's own website is around $24,500. It appeared the price was being inflated so it could later be "discounted" to make the deal look better than it really was. The most disturbing part of the entire experience was speaking with the general sales manager, Craig. He looked me in the eye and told me multiple times their dealership operates with honesty, trust, and integrity. I had just explained that my wife is pregnant and that I had to skipped her ultrasound appointment so I could make the drive to buy this motorcycle. He responded by saying he understood because he's a family man too. While we were walking out of the dealership, another customer came in asking about the exact same motorcycle. One of the salespeople told them it had sold yesterday. Hearing that happen in real time made the situation even more unbelievable. After leaving, I called the dealership again and asked about the exact same motorcycle that I now knew was not there. Once again, I was told it was there and that I should hurry in because there were multiple inquiries. Later that evening Craig called me and immediately offered another $1,000 off the other motorcycle I had looked at earlier -- before I even said anything. This experience felt dishonest from start to finish. Extremely misleading sales tactics, inconsistent stories, and a complete waste of time. I spend 30k on my bike and my wife spend 20k on hers, both from this dealer within the last 2 years. Yet they are two weeks out to balance the front wheel of my wife's bike? I told them the wheel is off the bike, makes their life easier. Nothing they can do apparently even though we leave for a trip next week. Was about to spend $1200 on a sound system from them but rethinking that now. They don't care about their customers. Gonna be looking for a new Harley dealer. Came here with a friend who saw a bike online that he wanted to purchase. He called the day before and they assured him that the bike was still available. We rushed after work sat in traffic for about an hour and it took us almost two hours to get there. Once we got there they told us that the bike was sold. Which made no sense because he had talk to them a day before right at closing. I asked and suggested maybe you guys should give people courtesy calls letting them know that the bike they were interested in is sold. Especially since you still advertised it on your site as available. So of course they said well we have this 2026 available and we can run the numbers. We left! Definitely wouldn't go here or recommend anyone to. Didn't like the way some of the people talked to us and it was almost like we were doing them a disservice being there. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! They lied about the milage on the bike, both verbally and on our contract and claimed it was a "clerical error". A "clerical error" written on our paperwork 5 times by 3 different employees. Either that or someone in that shop put 117 miles on my bike after title transfer and under our insurane between purchase and delivery. They also certified the milage to DMV and when we discoved the milage discrepancy, they quickly filed new paperwork to cover it up but I already have the paperwork to show the fraud so not sure what they think they accomplished.They charged us $600.00 for a battery they put in the bike 2 weeks before we ever set foot in the shop and hid the charge under a non related line item on the contract. They then had the nerve to offer a gift card as repayment. We were charged 3x for title fees when you break out all the line items they conviently consolidated. The line labeled as total tax was tax plus a third charge for title and a fee for a third party to submit pw on top of the $490.00 they charged us to file that same paperwok. They also charged us nearly 2k in prep fees on a used bike! In case ypur wondering according to Harley corporate the average prep fee on a used bike is between $300- $400.00.They submitted the pw to dmv stating I have a lein on the bike when they were paid outright for the bike. We have spoken with both Ryan and Doug the GM and we have been basically told too bad , in fact Ryan litterally laughed at me on the phone. DO NOT SHOP AT ANY OF THE DEALERSHIPS OWNED BY PVM ENTERPRISES according to Ryan this is the scam they run on everyone at all 21 of thier dealerships. We are going to be taking this as far as we can legally at this point simply out of principal. PVM Enterprises who owns the dealership which is owned by Paul Veracka conviently has an unlisted phone number. I have made multiple attemts to reach Paul directly through his email address or reach someone at corporate via the form you are instructed to fill out on thier website website. All attempts have gone completely unanswed . I am not sure how they can have absolutely no trouble scamming buyers and then laying thier heads on thier pillow at night. They give Harley Davidon a bad name and hopefully with our calling attention to it they will be thoroughly investigated. We have contacted the the PA attorney generals office, consumer affairs and PALS for the falsified paperwork that was certified by them and submitted to PENNDOT. Even if goes nowhere, social media can do wonders to expose these types of people. Honestly, I probably would have let this go and sucked it up but then Ryan laughed at me on the phone and basically dared me to proceed in this manner so Ryan.. challenge accepted. read more

People drive a far distance to spend money at your place of business, the least you can do is be respectful. My brother went to Stars & Stripes from New Jersey and it was a full blown waste of time. Multiple bikes that he called about were there to be seen until he drove out there and what do you know, both were sold at the same time on the same day. Not cool but life goes on, go back upstairs inquiring about a '26 Road Glide. Wallet inadvertently left home but not doing a demo ride asking for a credit check. Would not respond with a price because he didnt have his wallet on him. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!!! I am going to assume that Stars & Stripes doesn't need certain customers. 24hr later, he purchased a Road Glide from a dealership in NJ that didnt treat him like an annoyance. Just an update to my initial review. Absolute bait and switch operation. They have a policy that all deals must be done in person and will not hold a bike for you even with a deposit. A month after my experience with them the bike I was looking at is still listed as in stock on their website. When they told me the bike was not there they immediately switched to trying to sell me something else that was more expensive. Avoid this place all together. I still get calls and text messages "checking in" to see I want to buy something. Very shady business. read more

Stop the lying to customers. Bought a bike on a Saturday evening, and was there till after they closed. The next day early Sunday morning we went back there about 90 mins away, and told them we didn't want the bike. The manager said not to worry, that nothing was processed due to it being the weekend. Four days later they processed the paperwork while lying that they cancelled the deal, thinking we were getting the used bike we actually wanted. Problem is, they tried to jack up the price of the used bike by $3,000. They didn't know we saw the price before looking at the new leftover. They offered my first 1000 mile checkup so I wouldn't leave a bad review. Unbelievable liars. If you bought from Brian's before just remember it's not Brian's Harley Davidson anymore. Far from it. Emailed dealer in regards to the low rider ST El Diablo that was on their website. Spoke to Emily at 10:30 in the morning to get more information. Asked 5x if the bike was still there. Called her back at 10:45 to set up an 5pm appointment, again confirming the bike we wanted to see. I explained to her both times that we were driving 2 hours. I'm coming to make a deal on the bike and bring it home not shop. At 4:11 I called to let them know traffic got me and we were running 15/20 minutes behind. We get there and speak to a nice gentleman named Tony. He didn't look in his computer to see if the bike was in stock, instead we walk around for 15 minutes and cannot find the bike. I asked him to please go check his inventory because nobody called to say the bike was not in stock. In fact even when we checked in they said what we were there for. Some salesman or manager comes down and said they sold the bike last night. I can understand that maybe, computers didn't update first thing in the morning. But they had 7 hours to call me and say the bike wasn't in stock. I wasted a tank of gas and 4 hours of my time driving back and forth. The salesman that came down wanted us to wait for a manager so they can say it wasn't their fault. It absolutely was their fault. Communication would have been amazing and maybe we would have still went to look at other bikes if the customer service was better. read more

If I could give them 1/2 star I would. I had my front tire replaced and a seat screw assembly installed. It was the first time running the bike in a couple years so I thought the fact that it was sputtering meant old gas in there so I asked them to drain the tank & put a couple gallons in. When I went to pick it up first, they tried to charge me for an oil change that was never done after five minutes of saying, I never asked for the oil change. They finally agreed that it was never done and took it off the bill then the mechanics note said "there was no gas in the tank so I just put a couple gallons in" but they still charged me $150 for the draining of the tank and $15 for the couple gallons. When I pointed this out to the guy ringing it up, lied to me to try to justify charging me $165 for 2 gallons of gas. so in total I was charged $643.09 !!!!!!! for a new front tire, a nut assembly on my rear fender, and 2 gallons of gas!!!!!!! was warned about this place. Best word to describe is unethical. My husband traveled there from a few hours away to look at a some of there advertised bikes, even spoke to one of their representatives before going. Once there, it came to light that they hadn't had any of the advertised bikes for weeks. They said that the representative that called my husband and she the bikes were there was in a call center across the country. The biggest disappointment was when I found another bike that I was interested in. Firstly, the credit options were horrible and so I wanted to go with a credit union local to me with much better interest rates. However, I was there on a Saturday and so would have to wait until when they were open. In order to get me to take the bike that day, they agreed to drop a thousand and some dollars from the price which I agreed come. Come to find out they did not drop the price. He loves the bike but we are very dissatisfied with dealership and feel like they use bad business and even illegal business practices. Worst experience ever. Tried to communicate over the phone before making 3 1/2 hour trip for a bike to get an approximate out the door price. Guy we talked to on the phone would not even give a ballpark but said come down they would give us the best deal of anywhere. They advertise that they give great trade numbers, which was comparable to other dealers, but they fail to mention that they jack the price $8000 above MSRP. Looking at a road glide limited, MSRP on Harley website $33,500, their MSRP almost $42,000. What a joke of a place. Call them out on it and they get pissed and act like your stupid. Other dealers for the same bike, just a different color were at $30,500. Starts and stripes bike had $250 upcharge color, other than that, same exact thing. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I communicated on Sunday (with the internet team) that I would be there on Wednesday at 5 to look at a bike. I got there on time and the bike was in the basement, dirty, and hadn't been through service and understandably wouldn't let me test ride it. BUT they were ok with me paying right there and taking the bike. The bike should have been serviced, clean, and ready for a test ride. I wasted an hour trip each way. Their response...can you come back tomorrow? Their excuse was the internet team's job is to "get you in the door." They don't communicate with them. I will never return to this dealership and will strongly discourage EVERYONE I know from doing business with this terrible business. read more

Parts and Service departments both always seem to find a way to make it happen. At the parts desk, Boots and Brian go out of their way to offer all options available and continue to work with you to ensure you get the best parts for your ride and within budget... as close as they can anyway. Boots helped me choose between two different detachable luggage racks, remaining patient as I hemmed and hawed. Brian hooked me up with a great pipe recommendation and ensured I got the right tuner for max performance. Big Joe, the service advisor, worked his magic with his technicians to squeeze in the extra work (I was only scheduled for routine mx). Tying it all together with leadership and his own unique style of encouragement, Andre ensured everyone remained fired up and eager to serve. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Rich from the apparel department. Rich is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and is passionate about his job. Everyone who works for and with Rich are equally accommodating and overflowing with customer service. Fast forward to July 4th 2025...I go into the dealership with the intention of buying a 2025 Street Glide Ultra and was willing to pay MSRP. I am greeted by some 20ish year old kid that didn't even ride or own a motorcycle. I tell the kid and assistant Sales Manager that I wanted to buy this (2025 Street Glide) and that they should 1st look up my purchase history prior to coming at me with some bullshit sales number. Well apparently they didn't heed my advice and present me a number ($) that was $6,000 OVER MSRP. Needless to say I walked out. The Sales Manager (Craig) did call me to apologize and presented me with an offer below MSRP. Between losing the keys for the bike I perchase, and originally selling me a demo bike that I couldn't actually have and not finding out till after the paper work was submitted. I had an over all bad experience and wouldn't recommend anyone go there who what a to buy there first hardly.
