Attended the service of Hubby's previous co-worker! The chapel for viewing was spacious enough for at least 80 mourners who attended snd showed support to the family ! They had reception parlors for the food buffet as well as dine in tables. Filipino receptions at funeral services honestly are very lavishly prepared with an array of entree dishes and desserts! I went to funeral services last night and the place itself was okay aesthetically. However, there was no air conditioner turned on. The chairs were too small and uncomfortable. Doors were kept shut so there was no ventilation of any kind. Please fix or turn on the A/C. Especially, with summer coming. read more

Came here for services of a friend who's niece pass on from a violent crime. The parking lot is on the smaller side and I had to park in the lot across the street. Additional parking is available on the street. Inside is tranquil and comfortable with the exception that it's a smaller chapel and attendance was so large everyone couldn't be accommodated for the services. read more

Came here for my friends services. I was greeted when I walked thru. Offered some coffee while I waited for the family to come. It was nice ceremony they had a pastor say a few words. It was very clean, didn't use the bathroom. They had tvs showing her picture along with a Prayer at the end. When they started everything they provided the cards with her name and the date of birth along with the date of her passing. read more

We recently had services a this funeral home for my father on 4/28 & 4/29. Overall, the experience was good. From our first visit, we were treated with respect and right away the funeral home was interested to know where my father was and how they can transfer his care to them. They gave us the overall pricing which is thought was very reasonable. Maria Ayala was in constant communication with me regarding all the arrangements and even sent me proofs of the pictures being used for my father's service. She referred us to a wonderful deacon for the rosary and the funeral service. We did come across one issue with the embalming. We had a miscommunication but Maria notified me and we were able to negotiate the pricing on that. Other than that, my father looked very much like himself and peaceful. The whole location was beautifully set up and we were allowed to bring pictures of my father to place around the whole funeral home. We were allowed to bring a Mariachi for him and overall, we felt like we were in our own home. The slideshow of memories was beautiful. read more

The service there was not good. My mother passed away back in March and had over a month to prepare and the company seemed they did everything last minute. In the contract they would provide 40 chairs for guests and family and only provided 28 and had to tell them to bring out more, they only brought out 10 more. My mothers make up and hair did not look good. They did not fix her hair at all and it was very messy and her make up was too dark. The priest was 30 mins late when he was suppose to be there at 2pm (was a good priest). All in all, the service was too rushed.. read more

I can't begin to tell you guys how amazing these folks were. Don't be thrown off by the pictures on here. This place is beautiful. At first I was skeptical because of the location. I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience: Edgar was beyond understanding and helpful. In a difficult time it's important to have someone who's direct and helpful and I can say this is true of all the employees here. They were kind, accommodation and went above and beyond. Cassandra (I believe that's her name I will edit later if not) and Julio we're helping throughout the day in any way they could. I left feeling we gave my brother such a great farewell and if I had a choose to do it somewhere else I wouldn't. If you're reading this review it's probably because you lost a loved one. Losing a loved one is the most difficult thing a person has to go through. Having to make arrangements while going through this pain is almost unbearable. Funeraria Del Angel and their professional staff made this process much easier. It started with a phone call I made trying to choose a place that offered what we wanted and wasn't exceedingly expensive. I spoke to Debra on a Sunday afternoon, Father's Day. She answered the phone immediately, despite it being a holiday. She listened to me, was professional, kind and warm. Her manner was the reason we went with this place. We were then assigned to Pauola. She was also amazing. She worked with us closely and thoroughly and went over every detail of the service. The day of the service, Lizette helped us. She was also sweet and professional, and exceedingly helpful and accommodating. The service was beautiful. All the details were worked out by them and were lovely. The staff here are wonderful especially edgar. It was a very difficult time for me. Since I didn't expect to plan a funeral. But through the whole process. Edgar made it easy for me and ready to help with whatever issues came up. He went above and beyond to make sure my dad had a beautiful service. I came in here for a funeral and I wasn't to pleased with the service they offer. They seemed to be unorganized and they need A/C. There's a funky smell and the place is really uncomfortable. Personally I wish the place was a bit more clean and bigger. It's a plus that they have monitors so you can play slideshows and more. A must add on would be a place where kids can be while the ceremonies are taking place. Overall I think this place needs a bit of work to make the people attending a bit more comfortable. read more
