The first issue was a PS2 controller I purchased from the store that turned out to be defective. I had the receipt and had purchased it that same day, but when I asked for my money back, I was given a hard time and was told that they could exchange it. I eventually accepted the exchange, even though the experience already made me question the quality of the products being sold. The second issue was a PS2 game I purchased that didn't work. I had to make another trip back to the store to return it. After that experience, I was hesitant to purchase another used game without knowing that it actually worked. Then, on Sunday, August 9th, I went back to the store and found another PS2 game I was interested in. There was only one copy available, so I asked if they could test it before I purchased it. Considering my previous experience with a defective game, I didn't think this was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was basically told that it was up to me if I wanted to buy it. At that point, I was done with the store and walked out without purchasing anything. I genuinely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after these experiences, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. I don't feel like the store made any effort to make me feel confident about spending my money there after I had already experienced defective products. I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for used games or gaming accessories. Absolutely the worst! I walked in there today looking for musical gear. I spotted a keyboard I was…read moreinterested in and I asked the woman behind the counter if I could test it to make sure it works. She told me there was no way to hook it up to anything to test it. I saw an amplifier that it could have been hooked up to and all that was needed was a 1/4" mono cord and I could have tested both right and left channels separately. I asked her if she had the cable and she said she didn't know. It became very apparent that she didn't want to get out of her chair to find the audio cord and she wasn't going to lift a finger to accommodate me. She was being intentionally rude and I could see that she was getting a big kick out of it as I was trying everything in my power to make it as easy on her as I could. I caught her with a grin on her face as she while she was thwarting my attempts to test it out. I didn't get her name so I'll describe her. Straight blond hair past her shoulders, olive skin and she had a slight foreign accent. I don't know how tall she is as she wouldn't get out of her chair to make a potential sale. I would also guess by her demeanor that she's related to the owner of the shop. I will never go back to this place again. How they stay in business is a mystery.
