The girl that was trying to help me needed the manager to help her print my bill and no one wanted to bother him while he was outside, so I took it upon myself and had to walk around the building where there was an obvious SKUNK smell with not a in sight. He was on a personal call outside and tried to tell me to wait, but I advised him that wasn't an option. I had to literally shoo him back inside. I fussed at him all the way inside & through the store. He had the NERVE to try to tell me to "ma'am, can you keep it down"... My response was "Don't shush me! I've been here for 30 minutes trying to get my BILL PRINTED since I can't access the online portal because VERIZON didn't change my number correctly in their 2-factor garbage. Business customer for over 20 years & no one can help me " It took him all of TWO SECONDS to push that button to print that bill. AND, I got my point across with not even one curse word. No wonder this store has a horrible rating. And yes I'd already tried the business customer service line... Was hung up on by the automated system 5 times before reaching what I THOUGHT was a human. Nope it was an AI BOT that could understand me. Southern drawl I guess. It hung up on me too after I asked for a supervisor, because I guess AI BOTS don't have supervisors. #lostSouthernGraceandCharm

After several minutes i finally asked if there was someone who would help me and they finally did. The guy that helped was nice and helpful, but to me it's bad manners not to ask a customer when they first walk in the store if they can help. After all, if it wasn't for the customers employees would have no job. Just a word of advice, be nice to your customers please and appreciate them and we'll keep doing business with you. Thank you!

One of the workers opened the front door for two people (Probably workers), closed and locked the door in front of me, walked away after looking at me and laughing, and did not communicate that they needed to open later today. Had my company looked at the reviews before now, we could have bypassed this unprofessional experience by going to a different location. A different worker arrived at about 9:40 AM. Only then was I told by him that they were going to open at 10 AM. Poor communication skills overall. Don't waste your time or your company's time by coming here.

Also I was to drop off the wrong equipment at a Verizon office and was not given the best service. Andrew happened to call me back and I mentioned they weren't able to help and he had me return to his location and he had Brent call the 1-800 number and got the wrong equipment credited back, made me a label and had them credit me for the amount I paid for the mistaken equipment. They went above and beyond for me and when I need a new phone they will get my business!

I then went to T-Mobile where they got it out for me for free and truly were concerned with my situation.
