The staff were nice and helpful, and there was plenty of parking. The only downside was that most of the arcade games weren't working. But for skating and a low-stress birthday party, it did the job. That is super convenient and decently tasty. Bathrooms are clean and well kept up. I watched the event in the main rink and the inside smelt like my gym bag. Really my only complaint of the place.

I've stopped by here to watch (hockey) games for several years, and its transformation is impressive. They have two NHL sized rinks, a large bar/restaurant, pro shop, and gaming area. It's also the practice facility of the Jacksonville Icemen.
