Looks like they had party room options but our party was located upstairs at a long picnic type table. What I did like was that they had large loungers (very comfortable) available along the wall upstairs where parents and the adult guests could sit while the party took place. The kids jumped for about an hour then came upstairs for the pizza, chicken tenders, and cake. Given that the party seemed rushed there was no time to open gifts so we helped take them to the parent's car then we all left. My main reason for not giving 5 stars is that we were all advised that prior to the party to fill out the online waiver (which is required for all of these types of parks), which we did fill out. Upon arriving, we were asked to fill out a paper waiver -- I advised the young staff member that we already filled this out online so why are we now having to fill it out again. She seemed to be dumbfounded and didn't know -- told me that she was just told to have all party guests fill out the waiver and that she thought it was because they were having system issues but wasn't sure. Frustrating but I made the hubs fill it out since I did it online previously and didn't feel like filling it out again.

While it is pricey, it can be worth it if used properly. I especially love the amount of classes that are offered across the 3 locations although some of them I wish were offered at different ones or different times but that's not something that can really be controlled and is up to who the instructor is so I get it. My favorite classes are dance attack and Bodypump. Highly recommend!

I subsequently gained over 60 pounds and was unable to work out. Over the last 2 years, I began a process of reclaiming my health and was able to drop about 45 pounds mostly by cleaning up my eating, however, my weight plateaued, and I felt somewhat stuck. After conducting an internet search of area fitness studios, I came upon Zen Fitness, and followed a link at the bottom of their page to Instagram, and there began to find out about Carly. After mulling it over for about 3 months, I took the dive and sent a message to inquire about training packages. I was extremely nervous about being judged, not being able to complete the exercises, and the pressure to sign up for some packages. I knew after my first appointment that I had taken the right step. The gym is clean and is staffed by a community of great people who promote healthy eating (vegan) lifestyle. Carly does a great job at reading non-verbal cues and knows when to push a little bit more as well as knowing when to take a break. I have been in the gym for about 2 months now, he asked me if I noticed any differences and it took me a while to formulate a response. Here is what I know, a lot has changed over the last two months; I am happier, I have more energy, and my body is starting to show definition. Prior to working with the studio, I felt stuck on my journey to get my body back. Now I feel supported, encouraged, and much more highly motivated. He suggested 1 meal a day and a full hour of cardio and a full hour of weight training each day for 6 days each week. This is called overtraining and low blood sugar most of the day. While I agree with his premise of a whole foods plant diet, his assertion that you can eat as much as you want as long as it's a whole plant food is simply not true. You cannot be drinking fruit smoothies and carrot juice all day, nor can you eat pounds of potatoes. He pronounces himself as an authority/expert and his ego is out of control. The fact is you can accomplish the same thing by being in a daily calorie deficit and NOT drinking your calories. Overtraining is not the answer, nor is starving yourself especially if you are older

Will is a great coach who spends time encouraging, correcting, and pushing each person who attends his classes. He is obviously very knowledgeable and designs workouts to progress in effective and fun ways. Will recently designed a tailored small group weekly class for our local roller derby team, and he quickly figured out what our bodies need and how to help us get to the next level as athletes. Never however, have I worked out harder than I do at this gym. The workouts change daily and each one challenges you (workouts are a mix of strength, HIIT, and cardio). I have been doing the noon and afternoon group fitness classes (Elevate has early morning, noon, and evening classes). I love how I don't need to think about my workouts, they are always planned out perfectly by Will the owner and trainer. I always get a real workout rather than just walking around a normal gym confused and leaving after a mediocre attempt at a workout. Will coaches you throughout the class and tailors the weights and exercise to your ability while pushing you to work your hardest. I have seen great progress since I've began working out here and am growing stronger. I have done exercises I never thought I could, and even those I was always too scared to do. I can only imagine that his personal training is also top notch and even more personalized. Will is a great motivator and sincerely cares about his clients. Group classes while always tough, are also fun and the people at this gym make you feel like a big family. If you want to see actual progress in yourself, join this gym!
