WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would! Booked with Jason three weeks prior to my daughters third birthday party. Communicated via text message (as that is the way to confirm booking) with date, time, and photo of my credit card. I thought everything was all good. I was WRONG! The day of the party, Jason was a NO SHOW! I called Jason several times and sent a couple text messages asking when he will be delivering the jumper. After the third call HE BLOCKED ME (seen in photo). I could not get a hold of Jason AT ALL. My husband called from his phone, and Jason answered! I asked Jason where he was and when he would be delivering. HE CLAIMED TO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE of our interactions and event! When I told him he LIED, he then called me "disrespectful" and would not let me get a word in. STEAR VERY CLEAR FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS. The owner Jayson is a scam artist and a clever one at that. He will personally deliver the equipment but claim he is "just the delivery guy" and try to charge more than what was originally quoted. Yesterday the owner, Jayson, delivered us a bouncy castle for my daughters birthday party. Jayson showed up and tried to up charge us upon delivery and when we pushed back he stated that he is just the delivery driver and became super defensive saying things like, "I can leave if you don't agree with the price difference!" and "The owner is an honest man and a youth pastor." While we continued to question the extra $30.00 he became so frustrated and said, "Fine! I'll pay the extra charge if you don't want to." Are you serious? He clearly is trying to get a delivery tip and it's obvious. He also mentioned that he wanted everything in cash which is smart because it's harder to trace. This man doesn't even try to cover his tracks. A simple search for his business on Facebook clearly shows him as the owner (and apparently the driver). We will be disputing the extra charge that he added upon delivery because at least that was taken via debit card and we will only be paying for what was originally quoted by the owner (who is also the delivery driver...don't be fooled). Don't do business with this lying crook. This company is a joke. The owner, Jason, took my reservation down for a licensed Disney jumper. Day of the party comes and I call to confirm the drop off. He tells me that he "was just about to call" to tell me the jumper I ordered had been "damaged the night before". He also stated right off the bat that he would NOT offer me a discount because it's "not his fault that the previous customer damaged the jumper". Since it was the day of the party, I had to accept whatever jumper he brought. Once I arrived to the party location, the jumper was already set up and I immediately noticed that it smelled like animal urine and that there was dead grass all throughout the jumper. I went into the jumper and cleaned it with disinfectant. Once Jason came to pick it up, he didn't say a word to any of us and just started taking it down. My husband and I quickly checked the jumper to make sure no kids were still inside. Jason rudely asked "what are you doing?" When we told him we were checking for kids, he quickly snapped, "I already did that!" I then informed him of the dead grass and animal urine inside of the jumper and he snapped at me again! Instead of apologizing, Jason said that he's "just the driver" and to "call the office if you have a problem!" But how is he the owner AND "just the driver"??? My family and I were all puzzled by how rude he was being after he inconvenienced us with the wrong jumper that was dirty too! I called a few weeks ago to book the jump house I wanted, and didn't think in a million years that anything could go wrong! Their prices were really great, but I should have read the reviews..... I went to get myself ready for the day, assuming that by the time I came down stairs there would be a jump house in my backyard. The party started at 12.... I looked at the clock.... It was 11:45.... And guess what! No jump house! I called the company and got a voicemail the first time so I left a message. I figured maybe they were on their way? I called again 10 minutes later, and got a lady. Don't remember her name..... But she was pretty cold. I asked her why the jump house was not here yet, and she told me that they called to confirm the day before and because I didn't answer, they assumed that I did not want the rental.... My advice to this small business would be to ditch the uncaring, nonchalant attitude and think about your target audience. It's the kids you disappoint more than anyone. Additionally, I understand that companies will make mistakes, but when a mistake is made, own it. An apology can go along way. Worst most unprofessional business ever! The man who was answering the phone argued with me and I later found out he was just a driver. They charged $300 on my debit card for a deposit and when I called to complain the "driver" told me it was my fault because they don't take debit cards only credit cards!? After I hung up with him he called me back and continued to argue with me and tell me I had said things I did not say. I wish I would have read yelp reviews before I did business with this company!!! NO STAR! This business is a joke, and I am surprised Micke's Grove Park in Lodi has them listed as one of their preferred vendors. Delivery person was uncooperative, and had no attention to detail (common sense) when instructed where to set up the jumper our family was renting for a reunion being held at the Micke's Grove park (on Father's Day). We were following the park superintendent's instructions given to us that morning--and pointed to the area we were told to place the jumper. The guy insisted on another area, then tore up the contract, walked away, and drove off. With cash in hand--and luckily, JUMPER MADNESS was kind enough to come out at the last minute, and saved the day for the kids. read more
