I recently bought a car from Fuoco Motor Company. I bought this car "as is". My car had a few problems within the first few days of owning it, nothing major but certainly something you don't want to happen when you just bought a new (used) car. I contacted the dealership and they agreed to fix the few problems. Then a few days later my car overheated, turns out it was my thermostat. I called the dealership again and they told me to bring the car in. No fuss, no questions asked they just fixed my car for me at no cost to me. This was not something that they had to do as I said my car was bought "as is." They took great care of me and my new car, even calling to check up and see if I was able to have transportation while my car was in the shop. The customer service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Dan who sold me my car and to Doug in the service shop for taking such good care of me and my car. These guys really went above and beyond I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a new car, I know I will be returning when I am in the market for a new car. SUPER nice people, great clean facility and spectacular customer service! We had my 81 year old Dad's car towed in after it broke down (the throttle cable had stuck open) in the middle of nowhere (I-70 100+ miles West, in beautiful Utah). Dad drives a '85 Honda Civic with an aspirated carburator (not common these days), so they had an exceptionally old car that needed repars and other vehicles to tend to that day, but the kind Fuoco personnel slipped my Dad's car in for inspection & a quick repair after we explained that we were caravanning from So. Cal to Steamboat with all of his belongings. If they wouldn't have helped us, we could have all gone on in the truck, but it would have been an 8 hour round trip (not including the expense) to come back for the car after they'd repaired it. Thankfully, it was a relatively easy fix and we were back on the road in about an hour or so. We were shocked when the the bill was only $50-some dollars! The Fuoco staff saved the day! I've been bringing my car to Fuoco Service Department for many years. I recently purchased a used car from them. Dan sold me the car I wanted at a fair price. After a week I noticed the wiper blades didn't clean the windows. Talked to Dan and he told me to talk to Doug in the service department. Doug had my wipers replaced right away. I mentioned to Doug that I hadn't noticed several scratches on the car before I bought it. I have always bought new cars so I didn't think to look for dings or scratches. Doug recommended I talk to David, the body shop manager. David had me leave the car for a day to see if they could buff out some of the scratches. All I can say is, the sales department, the service department and the body shop have the greatest people to work with. Fuoco should be commended for hiring professional and kind people. read more
