Then with contacting them for assistance, they were anything but understanding. The salesman, which is the son of the GM, would not even speak with me. They had the financial dept, which could do nothing. I finally begged for their service department to look. And they state they have "fixed" everything, but I have no list of anything they have done. only had the car back for maybe a week or two and still having issues-- their response was what they would charge to fix it. They would never even look at the second car that needs massive repairs as well. When you advertise thorough inspection-- I would say FALSE. I would never go back and I would never encourage anyone to go there.

As soon as he became available, he ran to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. From that point on, he did everything he could to answer our questions and m ake us feel comfortable.
