Run run run! This was the absolute WORST Dr. experience I…read morehave had. I came to see Dr. Perez as a new patient at this location. Unfortunately my insurance was no longer taken at my previous doctor so I found this doctor online and thought it would be a good transition. Her reviews were not stellar but it seemed like she would be understanding of me. Boy was I wrong! I'm in a transitional phase of my life and having the right primary care is extremely important and a good doctor is what I was looking for in Dr Perez. Her bedside manner was absolutely disgusting. When she walked in she had an attitude and immediately told me that she would not be refilling my prescriptions (I had previously discussed with her medical assistant prior to the doctor coming in) that I have been taking for eight years that were prescribed to me. As a new patient I needed refills and blood work. When I asked why she was not able to refill my prescriptions she basically said that she didn't want to and that they were controlled substances and basically labeled me for some type of pill abusing patient. I normally wouldn't be sharing information like this but I hope it helps someone make a decision on coming to this practice or not. Definitely do not come here. this doctor should not be allowed to practice. The medications I was prescribed I have been on for multiple years and I genuinely am a normal person that just wanted my medications refilled so I could go on about my life. I am absolutely mortified by my experience at this location and dealing with this woman. I wasted my entire afternoon and was so devastated after this appointment I really wish doctors would be more careful on how they treat people because they can truly make or break someone's day / life. I feel like the doctor did not care about me and put me in danger by her words and actions on this visit. Her hair and attitude was a mess, she was extremely sloppy extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly does not take care of herself, I would not trust anyone that comes across like this woman Dr Perez as a medical professional to take care of me. I don't recommend her to anyone! I was not well tended to by this physician. She asked irrelevant questions regarding my health. The actual location has good parking and it's clean. Unfortunately Dr. Perez is the only doctor at this location and I really think the company should hire a different doctor that is able to hopefully be a little bit more educated on how to handle new patients and take care of people that actually walk in the door that genuinely need help. Awful awful experience from this doctor! She should be fired! I hope nobody else has an experience like I did. I also hope she reads this so she can understand that she could be affecting people very negative if she doesn't change her approach and her job as a medical provider is to care for people.

They are awful and I have told my senior friends I would find a different facility for them as they need skilled nursing since a number of them have various stages of cancer, dementia and illnesses themselves. Not everything was bad; physical and occupational therapy were stellar. The visiting doctors were great. But the CNAs and some of the nurses are way, way below par. I also had food allergies that were completely ignored making me violently ill. Once the dietitian came in about a week or so after I'd arrived, it occasionally got better, but items that I was allergic to kept being offered to me. I finally had to start ordering meals from outside since they apparently couldn't accommodate me. I also fell the 2nd or 3rd day after I arrived and, since my CNA had just gone on her dinner break and NOBODY answered my call button from either my bed or bathroom, I had an hour to kill on the bathroom floor and eventually, the toilet seat when I was able to get off the floor itself. When the CNA came back from her dinner break, she came in to check on me and found me in the bathroom with both call buttons engaged. When I asked why nobody answered the call buttons, a nurse said she wasn't a CNA, she was nurse and those were not her duties. Lastly, I had a CNA assigned to my unit who boasted about finding places to hide during her shift so she wouldn't have to walk and do her job. She even repeatedly sent me in to take showers alone and would show up by the time I was drying off. Not sure, but I think this is a major violation in their care criteria. If you love your friends or family members, do not send them here. You'll regret it.

No apologies, no Accountability, Constant battle to get the level of care needed for my father. I would Highly not recommend this facility.

I am studying medicine and I don't understand how these healthcare providers even got their licenses to practice. My HCP for my visit barely listened to me and told me that I couldn't address all of my issues going on with my body. She said "we can only handle one issue". They also forced me to get my liver screened based on quota they have to make for a research study they are involved with. And when I asked the NP about it, she didn't even know that's what the study was for. But I am glad I did it because the nurse doing the screening was the only person that made me feel comfortable and was professional. And not one person acknowledged who they were. It was all just terrible. Plus they charged me a copay. And said that they sent my medication to the pharmacy, which I had to call to find out that part. Usually, the doctor will have a conversation on where the prescription is being sent or actually give you the prescription to fill on your own, but not in this case. Also, it's very hard to get in contact with them both through phone and emailing. This whole healthcare facility needs to go through some training and better management. They also need some patient/HCP interaction training and empathy.

The physician, Dr. 'O', became even more hostile over the course of my 'care', and I use that word lightly. She denigrated me for not attending enough of the physical therapy sessions, some of which I had to cancel; there were two deaths in my family which necessitated 3 trips to CA during this period. She then, the last time I saw her, said she would terminate my case and go back to my back doctor as it was clear to her that my problem was not the work injury but a pre-existing condition. I'd had a spinal fusion with titanium in early 2010 to great success. I have not had to see a physician for my back once until this event. She insisted that I was lying and that I must have a back doctor. I told her I did not, and she said that I must have gone to my GP about it. I told her I had not, and offered to show her my medical records. She still insisted that she would release me as cured, and I replied that if she put me on full duty (I was working full time but careful about my back) that I would just be back the next week. She relented and insisted that I attend my physical therapy, which I did. I have spoken with a few ergonomic experts recently, and described the 'therapy' I was undergoing. They were as stunned as I was. For example, one of the parts of my therapy was to simply walk around the room for a while. Another was to walk sidestep back and forth for 5 minutes, then toe to toe for another 5, then a marching step for another 5. These have nothing to do with recovery from a back sprain. They cut off my therapy a few days ago, which was a relief. I have been doing my own exercises, and can happily report that my problem seems to have been resolved. This place is a complete joke. I feel sorry for the very kind people who work there. If you have a serious injury, this is a dangerous place for you. They are apt to make it worse at worse, or make something fine worse. I incurred a rotator cuff injury during one session of pushing a big ball around and pulling on some straps on a wall. If you get injured at work, insist on a different facility. Good luck.
