IF you are going to charge amounts never given before, You have a LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY of letting your patients know, BEFORE charging them so that they can make the decision to move forward with your Clinic or NOT! And ETHICAL Standards! Any other medical facility I have ever been to you ALWAYS pay for your visit Before even being seen by the doctor. BEWARE of them screwing you over! IF, you can't do your job right, therefore, are Unfit. You should not be there! You are a LIABILITY to the company. L. Cohen!

I am studying medicine and I don't understand how these healthcare providers even got their licenses to practice. My HCP for my visit barely listened to me and told me that I couldn't address all of my issues going on with my body. She said "we can only handle one issue". They also forced me to get my liver screened based on quota they have to make for a research study they are involved with. And when I asked the NP about it, she didn't even know that's what the study was for. But I am glad I did it because the nurse doing the screening was the only person that made me feel comfortable and was professional. And not one person acknowledged who they were. It was all just terrible. Plus they charged me a copay. And said that they sent my medication to the pharmacy, which I had to call to find out that part. Usually, the doctor will have a conversation on where the prescription is being sent or actually give you the prescription to fill on your own, but not in this case. Also, it's very hard to get in contact with them both through phone and emailing. This whole healthcare facility needs to go through some training and better management. They also need some patient/HCP interaction training and empathy.

This review is for their Summer Camp and enrichment program. Their summer camp program is one of…read morethe most disorganized programs I have ever seen. I'm not sure who is watching the children, but the supervision is not up to my standards. I ended up pulling my daughter out of the program. Another child in the program was making racial slurs. Other incidents had occurred as well. From my understanding, the child was disciplined and the parent was contacted. Well, the behavior continued. I called a meeting with the other parent and the director of India House Mr. Vipin after my daughter was deliberately spit in the face by the child. In the meeting he played the situation down as if it was kids being kids. Racial slurs and leading to spitting in an individual's face is NOT kids being kids. Then he and the parent were wondering why as a mother I was so upset. He assured me that he would meet with my daughter and the other child. Well, that meeting NEVER took place. As upset as I was, I figured he would have done what he said he was going to do. So I guess he lied to my face and could care less about what happened to my daughter. The child was not disciplined at all for the matter and was allowed to return the next day as well. Obviously the issue was not dealt with because again something else happened. All he did was let the other parent and the child know that that type of behavior is fine with his organization. Well, I was done. And again, he tried to play the situation down. I'm glad my child knows how to defend herself. I gave her the green light to handle her business, and I'm glad she did. She may be small, and we are used to people trying to bully her, but it never goes well for the bully. NEVER goes well. I would not recommend this place to anyone as a after school or summer program. I see they try to sweep things under the rug and issues are not dealt with accordingly. As a parent, when you call a meeting to discuss the matter and are given excuses like, "Kids will be kids." This is the type of program my child will never attend again. Racial slurs and spitting in someone's face is not kids being kids. Bullying should never be allowed and taken lightly and here it is. You are made to feel like you are the problem. I will be voicing my concerns. I am glad my daughter knows how to defend herself very well. I am sure if that little girl ever came across my daughter again, she would think twice before spitting and making nasty racial comments. That is not how I'm raising my daughter. You do not disrespect anyone based on them being of a different race. You judge someone by their character, not the color of their skin. No one can help how they were born, but you can surely control your character. It is sad when I have to defend my daughter because the adults there wanted to make light of a serious situation. I know of two kids who were pulled out of their program. And my nephew was pulled out of the program as well after his parents heard what took place and how the situation was handled. Side Note: Later, the director tried to request me to connect on LinkedIn. LMBO. I know he did not recognize me. I quickly declined.

One of those days!…read more Well I fortunately had the misfortune of needing to make a visit to the emergency room. First allow me to say, I didn't t have to spend my entire day here. I would say about a rough 2 hours or so for in and treatment. Checking in was quick and easy at the door as you enter. Although fast, I would recommend a place to sit for the patient pending on how they are feeling. I was seen with in 30min of arrival and the biggest wait was from test overall. While waiting the nurses did check to make sure I was ok several times during my wait. Thankfully, this out patient visit remained as such and hopefully, I will not have to visit again soon, however If so, I would be in good hands. This definitely one of the best Emergency Room visits and observations that I have experienced. Until, the next one Bye-Bye!

I want to take a moment to recognize some truly exceptional nurses who cared for my son during one…read moreof the most difficult and frightening experiences our family has ever faced. My son is 19 years old. Although he is legally an adult, he is still very young, and this has been an incredibly frightening and overwhelming experience for him. He has now been hospitalized for 12 days after suffering from a ruptured appendix that was not initially identified. He endured a ruptured appendix for approximately a week while in the hospital before the severity of his condition was discovered. By that time, he was extremely ill and had to undergo multiple surgeries, including having his abdomen surgically opened to treat the infection and complications. He ultimately underwent three consecutive surgeries and spent three days on a ventilator while medically sedated in the ICU. Throughout this incredibly stressful time, we have encountered nurses who went above and beyond, not only in the care they provided, but in the compassion, patience, kindness, and reassurance they showed our family. Skyler Lynn and Isabella were absolutely amazing. Isabella normally works in the Emergency Room but was cross-training in the ICU, and both of these nurses treated my son and our family with such genuine care and respect. Their attitudes and professionalism made an incredibly difficult situation a little easier to bear. I am grateful for the work they do, not just for my son, but for every patient fortunate enough to encounter them. Unfortunately, our experience today with a nurse named Karen M. was the complete opposite. From the moment she entered the room, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and professionalism. She did not introduce herself to me, the patient's mother, or ask who I was or what my relationship was to the patient. Instead, she immediately began addressing visiting-hour regulations and questioned why my son's visitor was present, despite the fact that the previous nurse had already given permission for the visitor to be there. What was especially troubling was the manner in which she communicated with us. Her tone was hostile and condescending, she repeatedly rolled her eyes, and her body language came across as dismissive. She also made comments about not liking to work in the ICU while training a student nurse. Given the circumstances my son is in, this was extremely inappropriate and unsettling. My son has been through three surgeries, a 12-day hospitalization, and three days on a ventilator while medically sedated. He is understandably asking questions about his medications, his NG tube, and the equipment being used to care for him. When he asked a question about his NG tube, she responded in a condescending manner, saying, "Your mom and your grandma are nurses, right? They didn't teach you about the NG tube?" That comment was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. A 19-year-old patient who has just endured an extremely traumatic medical experience should be encouraged to ask questions about his own care, not made to feel embarrassed for doing so. When my mother, who is also a nurse, addressed the nurse's behavior and simply asked her to show more compassion, Karen stated that she would involve the charge nurse. We were told the charge nurse would come speak with us, but that never happened. I have since expressed my concerns directly to the physicians involved in my son's care, and I intend to take this matter further through the appropriate hospital leadership channels. Patients and families in an ICU are already experiencing an enormous amount of fear, stress, and uncertainty. We should not have to feel that we are being treated with hostility or made to feel like an inconvenience while advocating for our loved one's care. To the nurses who have shown us what exceptional care looks like, Skyler Lynn and Isabella, thank you. Your kindness and compassion have not gone unnoticed, and our family is incredibly grateful for you.
