I've been jumping around quite a bit with the people I pay to watch and walk my dogs on work days, and that's because I can't really seem to find anyone trust worthy enough. I've had some lie about the service they provide and not actually properly walk and care for my dogs, and others that aren't reliable in terms of schedule leaving me stranded with a job to attend and dogs to watch over all at the same time. Alexa was referred to me by a family member that uses her service and on a day that my usual dog caregiver couldn't make it because of another "family emergency", I decided to give her a call and try her out. To be honest I wasn't expecting much, I've been so disappointed with these services that I was made to think that they all just suck! But that feeling soon came to a definite change! Met with Alexa at my house in Newport (punctual: YES), I found her to be really sweet and genuine. Her energy levels were really high too and she reminded me of a track athlete with her fitness and physic. Her pricing is fair, around exactly what I've been paying so that was an easy transition, but what really stood out to me and really made me change my point of view of these services is the fact that Alexa provided me with LIVE UPDATES and the ROUTE taken along with VIDEOS and PICTURES!! Whattttt!!! Unreal bonus !! I was sold right away! Later on, came home and found everything to have been done perfectly with my dogs. Walked, fed and cared for.
