I went to two other locations and was given all but a "Aww, that's too bad. Sorry, I guess" and to be honest I was pretty hot under the collar. I was in the area and decided to just stop in and see if I could plead my case. Without even a second thought, Leah went above and beyond to work her magic and I am so so grateful. When I say I will go out of my way to only come to this Kohls location from now on, I mean it.

Craig, on of the employees, greeted me as I came into the store, answered my questions, and walked me to different sections of the store to point out similar scrubs. Jason, the manager, assisted me in every aspect of the purchase. He, of course, signed me up for notifications from the store... Which allowed me to get a discount on my purchase. We came to this store to exchange some uniforms because they were of no use because of starting a…read morenew job. The uniforms were still in the bag WITH the receipt. We called before arriving asking if we could exchange them for different uniforms and the lady on the phone said yes. We get allllllllllllllll the fucking way out there and the chick at the counter says let me ask my manager. She comes back out and says "No we can't exchange them because the purchase is over 60 days old". So we're like really, the uniforms still are in the plastic they came in, never been worn ANNNNNNND we have the receipt that she failed to put back in the bag after denying us. We ended up buying a suit, three pair of jeans, and four shirts. And every piece was pulled by the guy helping us. He checked everything my husband tried on to make sure it was the best fit.
