I wanted to shorten the the dress part and leave the lace overlay:train. the lady seemed confident in the project and the timeline. We had months until the wedding date. I had to go back four times and the lady still didn't have it right. By this time we only had one week until we were scheduled to leave for the trip. I go to pick it up Thursday (two days before our trip), and it was all wrong. It was bunched up on one side and loooked like a child did it. I left almost in tears frantically calling and showing up to any alteration place I could find. No one could help me. they were worried the dress was too ruined or thought they couldn't do what I needed in that amount of time. One of the place recommended I go to Decker ALTERATIONS. insisting they were the ones who could fix it for me. I frantically ran over there and explained my whole situation. Right away they had me try it on for a fitting and to assess the damage. I know they were busy and really didn't have the time to take one a wedding dress project in one day. Mush less one that was butchered. They not only fixed the dress in such a short time, but they made it exactly how I pictured it to be. It was absolutely gorgeous. They captured exactly what I was looking for. They are truly professionals. I have recommended them to everyone I know over the years and will continue to do so. Thank you guys!!!

So I called St. Louis Suit Co back to ask for some sort of discount or refund, Jay said "absolutely not" then hung up on me! I called back to get his name and he spelled it out for me and then hung up on me AGAIN! Terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I bought several fur coats from Bergama in 2009 - here's what I can say about the quality of the…read moreproducts 6 years later: The coats have come apart at the seams, particularly around the arms (and yes, they were stored over the summer in a fur vault). The leather in the coats became stiff and the furrier I use at home told me there was nothing that could be done to make them more supple. The fur is not lustrous, even after being cleaned and glazed. (I have a rather large collection of furs - you are far better off buying an estate fur out of Canada or New York than buying a new one from these guys). These coats are good for what they are, but don't expect to be getting a five star coat at half price. You're getting a 2 star coat at a 2 star price.
