One of the groomers, who I assume was the owner, was visibly annoyed that I was there and started complaining, yelling at the dog!!! Then she threw up her hands and said she could not groom a dog when it's acting like this, etc. etc. The poor dog was just acting like a dog, and her angry behavior was uncalled for! I would not trust her with my animals at all. if she acts like this when there are people in the shop to see and hear her, I fear how she acts when she's there alone with an animal! I will find my pet food elsewhere, because I don't want any poor animal being groomed to get punished because I walked in!!!
