Eric understood and just said I could have crutches for the last day of vacation if I could pick them up. I got a Lyft driver to do so, and otherwise got to use the crutches for free. Eric did this without any likely benefit for himself. There is essentially zero percent chance of me being a repeat customer. He didn't ask me to write a review in exchange for the free rental. Then, when I came to store the next day via Lyft, he asked where I was headed, and I explained I was going straight to the airport. He just gave me the crutches...and saved me a lot of inconvenience and discomfort in the airport, where I was wheeled to the gate but would have had a MUCH harder time, say, going to bathroom or getting to my seat on the plane without crutches. In a time of monopolistic big companies taking money out of communities, we need more businesses owners like Eric to stick around.

Harmony happened to have one on hand that had been used only briefly; the price would be VERY good; and they could install it the same week. A no-brainer level decision. The stair lift was installed promptly and well. It's been functioning flawlessly. The people we interacted with at Harmony have been responsive and helpful. I called Mission Medical Supply, and they went above and beyond to help. Since we were visiting Balboa Park, they even offered to meet me there so we wouldn't have to leave the museum and drive to their store. Mike met me right outside the museum with the connector, and to my surprise, he also included extra filters, a stress ball, and a pen. That's what I call true white-glove service. After I consult a numerous Pharmacist managers cross San Diego county, RITE Aid and CVS, the feedback is what Pride Pharmacy's pharmacist's response to me was strange and unreasonable. I fully support patient privacy act, but as a pharmacy manager ( she told me via 2nd call, she is a manager ) you have to evaluate what type of questions were asked. The question I asked was a simple counseling question. They way she handled this situation indicates an inefficient operating process. We want to support local small business, but the way she handled this small piece of information request was inadequate. I'm not surprised this pharmacy only has 3.5 star review. If the owner of Pride Pharmacy care about customer feedback. Please make sure your internal management level is trained on how to conduct business in a more efficient way.

There are not enough stars for Ashley Medical…read more I know Ashley Medical has devices for humans but they also have help for your pets. I ordered an oxygen concentrator online for my dog who is currently in the hospital with severe respiratory distress. The online company had concentrators but no cages. I ordered the concentrator in hopes I could find something makeshift until they had them in stock. The Veterinary Specialty Hospital told me I could try Ashley Medical that they had some pet items. I was so surprised and grateful that they had the dog oxygen cage I needed. Not only did she bring out the cage, she brought out a concentrator similar to the one I purchased and showed me the ins and outs and exactly how to use it. When I got home I realized the other company had not sent the right adapters to work with the cage "because I didn't buy a cage"... They could have told me what I needed but they didn't :(. I immediately called Ashley Medical back and she calculated exactly what I needed and got it to me immediately. They have several dogs and are so loving and compassionate towards animals. I am so so grateful I was able to find this place but even more grateful for the owners.
