We started with Furaat when my husband was in a facility after surgery. I would meet the transport at dialysis,( the only way could visit at that time). and was happy the way the drivers handled his ride. Since then we've gone through FACT for his 3x a week visits to the center. Thanks to Furaat (Care 7) the rides have been, for the most part , good! The drivers are helpful getting him comfortable and his walker stashed. We've become close with some of the drivers we see often and miss the ones we haven't seen in awhile. This company is unreliable for transportation. I confirmed a Saturday pick-up in September and no one ever came. 2nd time, I confirmed the address for pick-up with my San Diego FACT coordinator who assigned them the ride and Furaat Transportation went to the wrong place. 3rd time--Tonight it's cold, class is over. Staff went home. I called earlier today to confirm address was correct. It was. An hour after pick-up time, driver shows up and said he was given the wrong address. Really? So why don't they call the person waiting for a ride to let them know they're on their way? I was in tears thinking I was stranded. Again. I was frantically calling people to try and get me and my 400 lbs power wheelchair home. If I didn't have a brain injury, I'd drive myself. ‍They were an hour late, but at least they showed up! We were skeptical about using Furaat transport for medical appointment after reading the bad reviews on yelp. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we took the first ride with them. The driver was very courteous, respectful and helpful. He was on time and the whole expereince was flawless. My company was hired by Kenia at Furrat Inc. to perform a service of detailing Amazon vans for lease return. Kenia stated I had over a month to complete the task. As the project began I was told that the owner Mohammed (owner of the company) was very happy with the results and progress made. I submitted invoices and was paid by Zelle. The project continued but Kenia informed the completion dates have been moved up dramatically. We completed the task in the new time frame given and were paid by Zelle. Upon receiving the last payment there was a discrepancy of $300 discovered that was still owed to me. I brought this to Kenia's attention and was told she would look into it. I have never received payment and Kenia is no longer returning my texts. I do not have Mohammed's contact info to inform him of the situation. Either he doesn't know or doesn't want to pay the last $300. read more

Today, I used them for transportation to my appointment. My driver was a charming young lady in a red Prius. She arrived on-time, and was super respectful, courteous, and well-mannered. I was promptly driven my appointment as scheduled, and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Furaat to anyone in need of medical transport. read more

So as most people know this company is a smaller company associated with Amazon. I applied with this company and the female that interviewed me whose name I'm not going to say but she was definitely a higher up. She had told me several different times that I had already gotten the position but Amazon needed to finish up my background. Almost a month passes by and my background has not been finished yet and it should've gone faster than usual because I have no criminal history. Literally right after my interview I went to do the drug screening at a one of two places they told me to go. The female that interviewed me told me that the drug test was going to be $45 and after 90 days of employment I was going to get reimbursed for that $45. About a month passes by and I get a letter from Amazon stating that I did not get hired because something went wrong with my background check. I contacted the female that interviewed me several times and I did not get no response over a period of about 3 weeks so basically she was ignoring me. So I finally emailed HR and two days after I emailed HR the female finally called me and advised me that there's nothing she can do to reimburse me because I did not get hired. I applied with a different but similar company associated with Amazon and they got my background done in a day and I have already attended training. They got it done quick and are not playing games. I would not apply with furaat because I think they're just full of excuses. They are lucky I don't have enough money for a good lawyer otherwise I would have filed a lawsuit for stealing peoples money. In my opinion that's how I see it. read more

Nothing nice to say! And I had considered working with them months ago, fat chance in that desire existing any longer. Not! It was Easily squashed by one of their drivers. Transportation for medical reasons, is not something new for me and I'm being transparent here. My pick up day was December 18, 2017. The driver started 'glaring his eyes at me-up and down-while having an awnry frown on his face.' Then, he asked me abruptly to see my ID before he would let me get into the car for transport to my doctors appointment. Oh! Yes, he said that I had to Show him my ID. Next, During the transport? He started asking me personal questions. I replied, I don't know you so you shouldn't be asking me a question like that. The driver began to giggle and laugh. He also started ridiculing me. I was simply dressed casually and calmly sitting quietly in the backseat. Horrible way for Furaat transportation to treat passengers, that they are being Paid by contract to do provide transport for medical appointments. I've never used them, but saw their minivan (N-945) on 4/24 7:30am driving recklessly on the 8 West in heavy morning traffic. They waiting until the last second to merge over from a right lane what was ending, drove on the shoulder, then cut over 2 lanes. Pointless disregard for safety because of the traffic. read more

Horrible transportation agency. Do not book with them! Constant late pick ups. Customer service/dispatch are not helpful and plain awful. My pick up time was 1:45pm and here I am still waiting along with my 3wk old infant, time is now 2:40am and still no driver. My other kids have just been released from school and I will not be home in time to greet them. So upset and will beg my insurance to seek other driver/transportation companies. Urg! read more

This is one of those where you wish you could put NEGATIVE ZERO STARS, but you can't. These guys are also known as "on point transport" which is an OTR trucking division of their company and if you are a truck driver or a broker that wants to do deliveries with them I suggest you think twice. My husband worked for them for one month busted his back for them, and they screwed him out of a couple thousand dollars pay which we will be taking them to labor court over. They have no problem putting you in compromising positions with the DOT. They have NO YARD or their own trucks, so they put it on him to find a spot to park their(leased from ryder) tractor and trailer both empty AND loaded! Making him risk getting tickets, or towed or broken in to! He took lower pay for these guys because he believed in them, but now it's gone on so long we want to expose these guys for what they really are. read more

1 star company. If I could give less - I would. Molina sub contracts them. Furaat has been picking up and bringing back my father to and from an Adult Day Care for several months by now. One could have written a move from this experience. Their drivers have no manners. They are never on time. One called and said "I will be there in 10 minutes". We have been waiting for him for another 40!!!! minutes. He said he misread the direction and than there was traffic. No apologies! They do not greet you when they come. Neither do they come out to help my dad in the car. They do not help to buckle up my father. I have to do it - which I have no problem with and am doing with pleasure - he is my father! Several drives were looking into their phones and NOT FOR DIRECTIONS when I opened the door! They were just either listening to their music or talking to others while I've been helping my father. They do not read the notes they are provided with about each of the patients. Yesterday, 2/4/19 they LEFT my father - did NOT take him to his door as they are instructed to and as it is written in his file and my father has been wondering around the building (and even went on the street) for about 1 HOUR! looking for his unit. Police was called in. Jasmin, the supervisor at FURAAT said that a driver was a new driver and she took him to the door and left him at the door because my father told her to leave. My father is 80 and he speaks no English! When talking to her - she apologies with NO APOLOGY IN HER VOICE! Just because she had to do by the book! Horrible, horrible, horrible service.
