I had to miss a class and I asked the instructor and the receptionist to send me the syllabus for the class I missed. Neither people followed through with the material. The instructor was odd about it which makes me believe they don't have one. I have attended 5 different schools in the last 20 years and this by far was the worst instructor and format I have come across. They don't have make up classes which I thought was odd as all the other schools I've attended catered to the customers needs. I enrolled so the class would not be cancelled due to attendance to help out a friend. I am now enrolled in Go Anywhere Dog classes. I took the initial puppy class and thoroughly enjoyed the class and instructors.

We were completely pleased with how our Daycare trial went for our two dogs. We got a great tour of the facility. It was very clean and notably. It was one of the few places where when you go into the back, the dogs in their kennels are not barking and crying or showing any signs of distress . Most of them were sleeping soundly in their respective areas. The manager was great. Answered all the questions and gave us a very thorough rundown of what to expect. Sion is very unique and that they do many different things to accommodate the specific personality of the dog. And it was very obvious that the people who work here understand dogs and enjoy them. It is an open play experience, but they do not have the dogs play all day every day, which is actually very good for them! They have them take breaks so they do not get over stimulated-which is unique to Fusion and highlights their knowledge of dogs. The place is huge and not at all crowded. They have several different areas for the dogs to play so that they can easily group them by play style. My one dog it's only eight months old and newer to this environment so he was a little timid. We got many videos and photos of him playing with other More timid dogs, and several staff members who slowly introduced him to the bigger area and he was very happy. It was a traumatizing disappointment to say the least, for both me and my dog Molly. When we arrived for our appointment for a nail trim, Molly was rushed onto a raised platform for the trim. The owners didn't even talk to her or greet her or ask for her name, no treats, nothing to calm her down. When I booked the appointment I didn't realize that they were going to have me be involved, as with past pet grooming places the professionals handle the entire operation and then let you know when it's done. While I was helping to hold her down, she was shrieking in terror as the owner cut her nails. Molly literally screamed out about 3-4 times, it was awful to watch. Past places like PetSmart trimmed and buffed the nails and then gave Molly treats for doing a great job. Shear Elegance only trimmed the nails and sent her on her way, no treat. The plus side was that it only cost $5 but be warned that they only accept cash and don't accept credit cards or any other form of payment. Molly couldn't wait to get out of there... after I paid she was pulling me out the door terrified with her tail between her legs. I really had high expectations based on the reviews and really like to support local businesses, but I think I'll stick to PetSmart where they will clean her ears, trim and buff her nails, and give her treats to calm her down for $20. I'm hoping this experience won't scare her going forward for future nail appointments.

They even offer joint rooms so Rex and Raiden were able to still be with each other in the new environment so we always tell our friends about Dogs At Play when they're looking for boarding!

My dog was a rescue so I had some anxiety leaving her but Rollie and Judy are so nice and accommodating I fealt no stress at all. This will be my go to place. It might not have the glitz of some of the fancier places but they do it for money these guys genuinely love animals and treat them like it. Judy told me mine was a little scared at times but she would pick her up and hold her and comfort her! That's what I call service! And the shocking part? They are priced reasonably. The first stay was great. Carmen took great care of our dog and our dog was happy during her stay. Carmen (owner) keeps you up to date with posts on social media (if you allow the posts of course). The facilities are over the top! Super Clean! Your dog will get a room (yes an actual room) with a view a hammock bed, with bedding and the option to have a kennel/crate if needed. Your pups will not be in a cold chain link kennel like other boarding facilities. Our dog had a great time and received the loving care we were looking for when boarding our dog. Lots of love and room to roam indoors and outdoors. Which of course meant plenty of exercise for our dog. I would highly recommend Dogz & Katz for anyone looking to board their dog (or cat).
