The thing is already sagging, and I wake up sore and tired. The old mattress provided way more support than the newly purchased mattress. The vast majority of top tiers standby they products and offer a guarantee that includes returns if the customer isn't satisfied, even those that you can purchase from Amazon from a fraction of the price, but The Original Mattress Factory does not offer that possibility. They only offer a substitution, and you must pay 25 % of the price of it. In my case I would choose the Orthopedic Ultra Firm Mattress Set but the only difference between the two is the fact that the latter had pocketed coiled spring on the edges to offer more support and that won't work for me as I need support where I rest. I mainly made my decision based on the reviews that are posted in their website, but I did notice that you cannot post reviews there, interestingly enough almost all their reviews have 5 starts which in my opinion isn't true or at the very least accurate. They mislead customers. I'm now $ 2000.00 poorer and will have to pay to get that heavy, unusable thing out of my house and will try one of those from Amazon that cost 1/5 of the price I paid for that dud. We arrived a few minutes before the appointed time and there was someone there before us who discovered that the time listed online was incorrect. We went and spent an hour elsewhere and came back. When we entered the store we were greeted by a salesperson and I explained what we were looking for. They showed us one that was in stock for the style we wanted but it was not what we were looking for. They went on their computer to see what was available that might fit our needs. I gave them some approximate measurements and we did some looking around. They showed us their best option that met our expanded criteria and I did some measuring. After some discussion we decided to go with a sofa and loveseat with recliners built in. They had a color that was in our wheelhouse for both pieces and could deliver before Christmas. We sat down to work out financing and were approved on the spot. We were in and out of the store in under an hour and were happy with our choice. It was not a high pressure sale but it was efficient and the salesperson was very friendly and personable. Our original plan was to visit at least a few stores and then decide what to buy but this experience worked out great. In the future I would definitely consider shopping here first for our furniture needs. Within a week we got the call to arrange delivery and we were able to set it up to meet our needs. We had great communication from them the whole time and our delivery arrived in the appointed window of time. When they showed up they were both wearing masks and did their best to social distance from us. We also wore masks for their protection. I showed them where We wanted them and they brought both pieces in. The furniture was wrapped tightly with furniture pads and plastic wrap which they unwrapped and placed where they needed to be. We were also given a care kit along with instructions for setting up the recliners. After a couple weeks we are very happy with the look and feel and our guests have been impressed with them too.

We have never paid a delivery fee. The salesman didn't even check to see if something could be done about the fee. There were about 10 sales people sitting around with no customers in sight. 2 solutions to the issue. Either incorporate the delivery change into the price or reduce the number of staff.
