Unfortunately, the replacement furniture also had issues, including drawers that did not close properly and wood that was not flush. We initially declined the delivery and requested a refund. We were then encouraged to allow the warehouse to correct the imperfections. After several weeks, we were told the furniture was in "pristine condition," yet the dresser and one nightstand still have drawers that do not close properly, along with other visible workmanship issues. At this point, we have simply asked for our money back. Unfortunately, we are now receiving conflicting answers from the store and warehouse regarding whether a refund will be provided. We have been more than reasonable and have given the company multiple opportunities to make this right. For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better quality and, most importantly, much better customer service. I hope Steinhafels will reconsider and resolve this fairly without us having to take further steps.
