I bought two mattresses and a bed set here. The service was very satisfactory at the time of purchase and until the first delivery. But they didn't bring a mattress and the tools to assemble a bed set. They offered to assemble a bed set when they deliver for the rest of the mattress. They initially offered to deliver on Friday. They had no contact. I contacted them in the Friday evening. And they said that they would contact me between 7 and 10 p.m. to arrange the delivery time next Monday. There was no contact until the Tuesday. When I contacted him on Tuesday, the mattress came in yesterday and he said he would deliver them tomorrow. They said they would contact me in the morning, but they didn't. I called in the afternoon and they said they'd deliver it between 3 to 5 p.m. I understand that they have late because they don't have stock. But in that case, is it that difficult to call so that I don't wait? For a few days we can't do anything to wait for the bed. And we had to sleep on the floor for 10 days. Even worse, they left without assembling a bed set. When I moved the bed, the head of the bed fell on my leg. I'm really angry. I don't recommend this store to anyone. read more

WOW WORST SERVICE EVER. So me and my friend walked in to the store just to look around and just being in there for a few seconds one of the workers came over amd said (If you guys are just gonna goof off then get out now, Actually just get out now) So we left without even looking at a single matress, he even kicked out some other dude WHO WASENT EVEN WITH US! Then i tried to call them a little bit later about the situation and they hanged up on me right away. Like WTF! I liked the service when I walked into the store, the gentleman was friendly and informative. However I don't like having to wait for my new bed to be delivered. I was given "tentative" dates on when it would be delivered, and now I am being told an extra day on top of the days already told. Very FRUSTRATING. If they don't have it in stock I would not recommend purchasing. There is no set delivery times or E.T.A for the shipment to even reach the store. Extremely unprofessional. What company doesn't know when they are receiving a shipment?? #Sketchy For those customers such as myself who work 13 hour days and are hardly at home, being able to schedule a time for me to be there and receive my purchase is hard to do, and having a company who can't even meet the basic required need of giving a set time is just unacceptable. I live in Chicago. I drove all the way to Naperville to check out this specialty mattress my husband told me to go and check out. Graham, the owner had already promised my husband a special price on this spectacular mattress set and as soon as I laid on it, I knew it was the one. I immediately placed the order. Not only did they have the mattress in stock, they promised to deliver it first thing the following morning. They were true to their word. We received delivery before noon the next day. They assembled the frame, removed the base from our current headboard for better stability (which was no easy task). All I had to provide was a couple screw drivers and a hammer. They moved our old mattress to our second bedroom, and the second bedroom mattress to our downstairs hallway to be picked up at a later date by someone I am gifting it to. They worked their butts off to make sure we were set up properly. They even put a bed cover the box springs and and one on the mattress itself for my convenience. The warranty would be void if there were to be any stains on the mattress, so I sprang for the additional mattress covers (totally worth it). I had my first night sleep on the new mattress last night, and I felt great this morning! It was worth the hour drive each way to find an awesome mattress at a great price. If we had gone with the other mattresses we were looking at, we would have paid over 4x's what we paid at Discount Mattress. I highly recommend this company (location). Tony Medina, supposedly the regional manager of Discount Mattress, left a very rude voice mail on my phone Tuesday morning in which he stated that the refund had been processed and if it doesn't show up in 24 hours, it would be MY bank's fault I will be the one to track it down. So, again, this store, which originally had the correct number based on Nicole reading it back to me after she had attempted to blame my husband and confirmed the same card number with the bank who didn't correct me as I read it to them, was making it known that it would be my fault if it didn't go through. Excellent customer service...and I mean that with the greatest amount of sarcasm. What makes me wonder is when Nicole@ Discount Mattress showed me the original processing receipt, she showed me the date and the time...NOT the card number. It also makes me wonder if she lied to her superiors in her and the processing company's mistake in inputting the number wrong b/c this was not my fault. My card number never changed, my account number never changed. This was all Discount Mattress' fault. They have accepted no responsibility whatsoever. My refund arrived Thursday morning, 7/12/13, but per Discount Mattress, I have to beg my bank for the overdraft charges thanks to Discount Mattress' mistake. Never ever ever go to this company!
