I ordered a bedroom set during the "big January" sale, I was hesitant to…read morepurchase the dresser mirror but decided to go ahead so I went in a couple of days later to add it to my order, it wasn't supposed to be delivered for 8-10 weeks away, 7 weeks later I got my bedroom set but not the mirror, they said that I had to wait until the next truck comes from Oregon possibly in the next few weeks, this was their error so I asked if I could cancel the mirror order, oh no! No cancelations! I asked if I could pay a restocking fee, nobody could answer my question until Anthony got back from vacation a week later, he said that I could pay a 25% restocking fee but I could only get a store credit for the remaining $350, I said no thanks and please send my mirror, that was 7 weeks ago in the beginning of May, I just spoke with Anthony to get an update on the delivery of my mirror and he said that they are still waiting for a truck to come down from Oregon which will be another few weeks! I will never step foot inside this store ever again and Anthony couldn't care less about customer service, they've lost a good customer over a $350 refund instead of a store credit. This mirror transaction took place the first couple of days into February, it's now the end of June, we'll see if I have my mirror by the end of July. I'm not holding my breath.
