Stay away from this place! I ordered a bedroom set during the "big January" sale, I was hesitant to purchase the dresser mirror but decided to go ahead so I went in a couple of days later to add it to my order, it wasn't supposed to be delivered for 8-10 weeks away, 7 weeks later I got my bedroom set but not the mirror, they said that I had to wait until the next truck comes from Oregon possibly in the next few weeks, this was their error so I asked if I could cancel the mirror order, oh no! No cancelations! I asked if I could pay a restocking fee, nobody could answer my question until Anthony got back from vacation a week later, he said that I could pay a 25% restocking fee but I could only get a store credit for the remaining $350, I said no thanks and please send my mirror, that was 7 weeks ago in the beginning of May, I just spoke with Anthony to get an update on the delivery of my mirror and he said that they are still waiting for a truck to come down from Oregon which will be another few weeks! I will never step foot inside this store ever again and Anthony couldn't care less about customer service, they've lost a good customer over a $350 refund instead of a store credit. This mirror transaction took place the first couple of days into February, it's now the end of June, we'll see if I have my mirror by the end of July. I'm not holding my breath. read more

Will never buy from them again. They sell what they have in the store as well as order. They don't tell you the store products have no warranty even though they have a manufacturers warranty. Leather sofa started peeling within two years would do nothing but they said the manufacturer had a five year warranty. Total crap. Spent so much money and no costumer service. Would not recommend them at all. I'll stick with Cokas Dikos from now on they have great customer service and stand behind their products. Beware don't buy anything unless you order it. Never heard of Furniture Depot, was on a walk while our kids were at the barbershop. We had been looking for months and ordered a dining set Nov 2018 from an online store. Feb 19th the order was cancelled and refunded, so we were on the hunt again for a specific color and shape. We walked in, didn't see what we were looking for but Nancy said it could be ordered exactly how we wanted. So we looked at colors and fabric, $5000 later we ordered what we wanted, handmade in Canada. The process was wonderful. 6-8 weeks for delivery, that's ok with us, and this review is based on our experience. We didn't intend to buy anything here because we didn't know any better. Yes this place may be expensive, but we ordered exactly what we wanted, and sometimes that comes with a high price tag. I am happy we found this place on accident and I will update my review once the dining set is delivered. read more

We have purchased several pieces of furniture from this company, including a large oak table and chair set, a smaller, mango wood table, and a beautiful, mission-style oak end table. We have found the sales staff to be friendly and professional. I appreciate that they are not high pressure and pushing to make a sale. Customer satisfaction is definitely emphasized here! read more

Window shopped after dinner and saw some adorable canvas art that I wanted. It was still there the next day and at a price that meant that the universe clearly wanted me to have it. I thank the universe and Furniture Depot for my now non-naked wall. The people were nice and it's nice to know another spot to get furniture if we need more. read more

Love the variety of furniture offered, but once items are ordered, customer service is poor.

Just ordered furniture so it's not here yet. So far though, they've been super helpful. I've never bought this much furniture before, so the options and potential cost is daunting. Susan was a great help, as were the other salespeople. They didn't try to sell me more than I needed. They have a huge variety of furniture to choose from. Ask about what else is available that isn't on the floor. The majority of furniture I bought wasn't in the store. As long as the delivery goes as smoothly as I expect then I'll be back to fill more rooms. read more

The sales team are friendly however when it comes to having the furniture delivered in a timely fashion it's a whole different story. Dealing with Anthony to get a dining room set for my wife has been a most unpleasant experience. The lack of professionalism is sad. They have a significant non-refundable deposit and it feels as the furniture is being held hostage. Think twice before purchasing custom furniture from this store. It's expensive and not an overall pleasant experience. read more

Purchased a kitchen dining table with chairs and a week ago I called to check if it had arrived. It had and I was told that someone would call in the next couple of days to schedule a delivery the following week. No one called so I called them.....twice to get a delivery date. I gave away my old table expecting to have the new one by the beginning of the week. Another call after I didn't get a call for delivery and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule a delivery for Sat. I get that they are busy but I'm a long standing customer. Over the years I've made several purchases from them...... a fine dining set and china hutch, sofa and chair, bar stools, a complete bedroom set and artwork. If my order has made it to their warehouse my expectations is that they would make their best effort to get it to the customer and not have them wait another week while it sits in the warehouse. read more

I bought a couch and chair from them. I'm still waiting for the chair...10 weeks plus, and no call to inform me of the progress. My experience has found the customer service severely lacking. I called twice last week and nary a call back. It seems the quality of the furniture is good so far. Their prices are steep enough, I would expect better service. read more

My husband and I went to Furniture Depot to purchase bedroom furniture and a king size firm mattress. We paid for the products and on the way home I realized that the Nancy, the sales person ordered a medium mattress. I called her immediately and informed her of the error. Nancy said she would correct it and that I was not to worry about anything. Over two months later our furniture arrived. However, the mattress was neither a firm or a medium. It was a plush mattress in which you basically sink in the middle of the bed. I informed Nancy of the error and she actually had the nerve to blame me for the mistake even though I have so much proof that I ordered a firm mattress, including numerous voicemails where she admitted her mistake. After several weeks of no return phone calls and no action, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Following my complaint, I received my mattress shortly there after. Furniture Depot responded to my complaint through the BBB and basically said I was ridiculous and that it was all my fault. While I am happy with my furniture, I will never shop there again because once you pay, they treat you like crap and do everything they can to make it the customers fault. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and have no sense of accountability. It's unfortunate because we just remodeled much of our home and had planned to purchase furniture for two more bedrooms, our living room and kitchen. This will not be happening now at Furniture Depot. We will have to look elsewhere. Very sad and upsetting since we like to purchases our products from local businesses and not chain stores. They should be ashamed of themselves. They never even apologized to my husband or myself. They have no customer services skills or concerns once the product is paid in full. Don't shop at Furniture Depot or the store next to them, Old Town Furniture which is the same. And if you do, inspect every aspect of your furniture before you pay the full amount. They are very deceitful. The only decent people were the delivery men. They were very hard working, accommodating and professional. read more

The communication is not great when my order was delayed but the people are nice and polite. In the end they solved my problem and got my furniture delivered. Very pleased with the furniture. read more
