Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected​ better than this. Thanks,​ Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

He came by our house one night and on the first meeting, we went over our budget and what we wanted to have made. Alex understood what we were looking to do, took measurements and sent us a quote within 48 hours. We had met with a number of design build firms but were not finding what we were looking for in personalized attention. When I first met IK, the project was a certain size - one kitchen and one bathroom, possibly two bathrooms. After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. This included redesigning our apartment layout, tripling the size of our kitchen and gutting 3 full bathrooms and enhancing one other bathroom.
