Steve is a true appliance professional with many years experience. His breath of knowledge greatly assisted in our selection and purchase of a new GE Profile Refrigerator. Additionally, he was so professional and friendly interacting with us as thought he had known us for years. As we completed the sale, Steve also registered the warranty for us and set up delivery. Delivery was absolutely perfect, on-time, and pristine---It was the best delivery experience I have ever had. Famous Tate has their own warehouses and delivery personnel---They set up and tested the refrigerator, removed all the "blue protective film", and did a great clean up before departure. The value was superior beating even the best price of some of the "other Home/Hardware type big box store's prices". Service and quality is a top focus at Famous Tate--making sure you have a least 30 days to test out your appliance. Although my new GE refrigerator ran perfectly from the the very start, Famous Tate assured me if there had been a problem, Famous Tate would step in to help get it resolved with the manufacturer. The first set of appliance were delivered by a tam that left the tape on, styrofoam in, poor experience overall. Teh second purchase, the deliver company "Premier Installation" provided a different level of service. They would get 10 stars from me. However, Famous Tate ordered an incorrect piece for the oven. Even though they had the appliances for well over a month, no one bothered to confirm that all the correct pieces were there. We have an oven without proper ventilation due to their mistake, it is still unusable and even though I have made several calls, no one has reached back out. It has been weeks now, not days. I have spoken with managers and sales people add left messages more than once. Crickets. This is the reason for the one star rating.

So, it's been over a month since I made my mattress purchase. Christine was not the one who sold me the mattress, but she deserves the commission more than the person who sold it to me, who has since been dismissed from the company. Christine is very knowledgeable about mattresses without question. But this is more about her empathy, understanding, patience and willingness to make the customer happy. So I purchased the mattress a little over a month ago. A good mattress is no longer cheap so I wanted to be absolutely sure about my purchases. But in my case, I may have taken it a little too far. Since receipt of my mattress, I have probably been back to the store at least a dozen times trying other mattresses well after mine had already been delivered and slept on. Each time Christine put up with my indecisiveness even allowing me more time to make a decision and never appeared bothered about it. Each time trying to explain the differences of the mattresses and helping me make an informed decision. So after all the back and forth, I decided yesterday to exchange my mattress for another brand. Today I decided to stop by the store to try the other mattress one more time and just about that time she called me to arrange delivery of the alternate choice. Well, I thought she would be upset with me but once again she talked it through with me and I ended up keeping the original mattress. I know if the shoe was on the other I would have been annoyed, but not Christine.
