My wi fe and I have spent over $ 10 grand in the last 2 years & never had an issue until our recent purchase of a $6,500 bedroom suit. we have scratches all over the place, which were replaced, and two handles that just magically fell OFF BOTH of our nightstand, 1 of which were replaced and STILL WAITING to hear back from the OWNER, MOHAMMED and get our handle. I work 6 days a week & my wife is extremely busy with her business, so between that and our 4 kids, we just don't have the time to drop everything & drive 25 minutes to pick up a handle, which should be DELIVERED to us to be honest, we just want them to come get their cheap ass furniture and get us a total refund for this INCONVENIENCE. I recently made a purchase at Furniture Land for my new condo and I could not be more pleased! I had done some online "shopping" through their website prior to stopping in just to save myself some time. I worked with Mohammad and he was great! He knew I knew what I wanted and helped me find those pieces. Some pieces were not in stock which they ordered for me. After purchase I told Mohammad I didn't need the furniture until 4/21 and it was delivered yesterday 4/16 so they did great on timing. The delivery guys were awesome, friendly and quick. They set up my new master bedroom and living room in about an hour. I guess the only con I had was I was notified on Saturday about a Monday delivery. I usually like more notice but nothing went wrong and I'm happy with my purchases so I can't really complain! I would definitely go back to furniture land and recommend their services. read more

buyer beware ***buyer beware*** shopping at furniture land on morse rd in columbus ohio has been the absolute worst comsumer nightmare! i am not exaggerating! my warranty is still valid and they refuse to refund, replace, or to appropriately fix the bed! this calls for a consumer to lean to outside sources for resolution which is totally aggravating. staff is rude, demeaning, extremely unprofessional and full of excuses when trying to resolve. i will never recommend this place to my worst enemy! very bad business. read more

In early 2016, powered by all of the amazing reviews we decided to try Furniture Land Ohio in our effort to find a new couch for the den. Everyone there was very helpful, busy so sometimes you had to wait your turn but I viewed that positively, that they are spending time with their customers. After the first visit we went home, reviewed their website and went back a week later intending to buy the couch. Honestly there were lots of chairs and other items we were interested in, in the future. A really nice selection, good prices, my only complaint about the in store experience is that they need more physical space, very little room to walk around in some areas. We ended up buying the couch plus an flat screen TV stand based on the $100 coupon we had. Everything went great, until the delivery portion. First we were advised delivery would take about 10-14 days and that they would call us 2-3 days in advance of the delivery. My wife and I were happy about this because we had an old couch and old TV stand to replace, and you don't get rid of those and until the new ones are on the way. About one week later they called late one evening wanting to deliver the next morning. There was no way we could get two separate areas (living room and den) ready for new furniture so quickly. After about 10 minutes of explaining this, and not being happy with their response that they would have to pull our order from the truck, put everything back and we would have to wait another week, we agreed to delivery in two days. We breathed a sigh of relief and prepared for delivery. The couch was delivered and installed in the den. TV stand was delivered and covered in bubble wrap. After struggling some getting the couch downstairs into the den, the delivery people were anxious to get on to the next delivery so we allowed them to leave before we completely unwrapped the TV stand. We did inspect it and saw no issues through the bubble wrap. A few hours later, upon unwrapping the TV stand there was a sizable chunk missing from the front left corner of the TV stand. We weren't worried because of all of the positive reviews about great service, so certainly this wouldn't be a problem. My wife called and explained the situation and was advised that someone would contact us to take care of the problem. We waited for a return call. Time passed. The weekend came and went. Early the next week we received a call from Furniture Land Ohio and they asked how our experience was... to which we explained that we had called several days ago and had not heard back. The lady on the phone had no record of our complaint and was super apologetic, and said she would take our problem to her boss (either a manager or the owner, I honestly don't remember which) and they would take care of it immediately. So we waited for a return call. Time passed. No one ever called. My wife made two more calls and no one ever called us back. If we had just bought the couch, and based on the delivery of the couch, this review would be 4 stars higher. But they completely dropped the ball on managing the problem of delivering us a damaged TV stand. I ended up taking dark brown and black furniture markers and filling in the damaged area so it's not very noticeable until you get up close. If you can't stand behind your purchase, you lose my future business. read more

we purchased two dual beds from this place and was prepared to finance thru our finance company and was talked into purchasing thru two of theres. I've never received a proper receipt. when the beds were delivered two weeks later one of the dual reclining bed frames didnt work and the wrong mattresses were delivered. it took them over 2 weeks to get this right meanwhile we were still paying for the beds and were paying for them before we even had them. we finally got the bed and they replaced the control box on the bed with one that looked used not new like we were purchasing. the beds are firm not the soft that are supposed to be and I picked from the showroom floor. I was told if I was still not happy to call well we did and we keep getting the run around. I was told I shopped from the best salesperson there was. he at first told us 2000 no problem then changed the price to 2500. I dont want the beds. this is not what I ordered and I cant believe this company does business this way. read more

I needed an inexpensive box springs for my queen bed and went around to all of the furniture stores on Morse Rd. to price out my best option. I chose Furniture Land because they seemed like the most reputable and professional business. After purchasing the box springs, someone from their staff helped me load it in my vehicle. When I got home, I realized I brought home the wrong box spring by mistake. Instead of blowing me off or insulting me like other furniture stores would do, Furniture Land sent someone out to my house to swap out the box springs.
