I've found many hidden gems at One More Time, the furniture consignment store. Their selection changes often, but I personally wouldn't go more than once a season. Their sister store is a clothing store a few blocks away on 5th Ave. Whenever I am in need of something for the house, I stop by here first because it's typically for a good price. They also have a frequent shopper card where you get $25 towards a future purchase when you fill up a card. I love One More Time Etc... I moved to Columbus a few years back. We had a bigger home, downsized, then moved to a bigger house in Columbus. A large portion of the furniture in my home is from One More Time. The quality of the items it top shelf. The staff is amazing. Zach and Will even know me by name. Wow, is all I can say. Besides quality used furniture and other home accessories, here are some other plusses: 1. They deliver for a small fee. 2. There is a rewards card. For every $25 spent, you're given a stamp. The card has ten punches. Once $250 is spent, you get $25 off. You can cash in on more than one punched card, too. If you have it delivered, the punched card(s) comes with the furniture. 3. You can purchase online and through Shop and earn points at Shop. 4. Their website is updated. Like, you'll never see something that has been sold. Once it's sold, it's off the website. I'd been looking for a new dresser for a while, but I was depressed at the price of new furniture that was nonetheless largely made of manufactured materials rather than real wood. So I went back to secondhand - and quickly found what I was looking for on this shop's website. Went to see it, was thrilled at both the construction and the price. Nice people, both in the shop and doing the delivery - great communication, careful with the delivery and maintaining COVID protocols. On my latest visit, I found a brand new siting chair from World Market with the original tags still on it. Score! Staff were very helpful, and staff and customers were wearing masks and keeping social distance. I found several great items, higher quality than I could have afforded new. I ended up buying a couch, a loveseat, and a dresser for less than a cheap couch would've cost anywhere else. The delivery cost/timing was also wonderful! The two delivery guys called when they were on their way, and showed up well within the two hour window I'd been given the day before. Somehow, this home decor/furniture counterpart to the thrift clothing store One More Time manages to fall short of the low mark set by its parent store. When I stopped in, I was only casually looking for an end table. The selection was poor. What they did have was pretty out of style. In fact, most of the stock seems woefully out of date -- and not in a cool retro way. If you want a gold metal and glass coffee table, this is the place for you. Anyone wanna do a line of coke? And just as OMT buys clothing, this shop accepts furniture. I am not sure of their policy, but it doesn't seem too stringent based on their stock. read more

I'm a fan because they had exactly what I needed for a price I was willing to pay. One More Time Etc. has a mix of high and low end furniture plus, some items I'd call vintage home accessories, as well as some items that I'd call junk. Somethings are priced really well, some are higher than you'd think. Obviously, their inventory is constantly changing. So, stop by often if you have the time to be patiently waiting for the right thing. Staff is friendly, but not really helpful until you buy something. Then, they are awesome! It's worth a look. Well this store often has a nice items, I can't say the same for their employees. I have probably shopped here over a dozen times and sold here at least five or six times. On more than one occasion I have felt extremely on welcomed by their staff members. I hate having to write less than gleaming reviews but the general unfriendliness and attitude filled conversations have happened on more than five occasions which I feel warrants a review. I don't plan to stop shopping here all together - just hope it gets better in the future. read more

We have been buying and consigning with One More Time Etc for years. We've almost completely rotated our decorating inventory (including a lot of furniture) with them--sold things that we had and refreshed our decor by purchasing "new" things at very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful: they will even help you measure a sofa's dimensions if you forgot to bring your own tape measure! One More Time Etc is the BEST consignment shop by far in Columbus and the surrounding suburbs. Stock changes daily and they are very picky about what they accept for consignment. We have been miffed more than a few times because they rejected our items that we thought were perfectly acceptable. But we appreciate that they are very choosy about things that they don't think will sell, or they feel are "dated" as one reviewer mentioned. Opinions are relative to your experience, of course, but the reviews I've read here are a bit harsh. Maybe you just happened to shop when their stock was somewhat depleted? Love love love this place. My son just got his first apartment and he needed a coffee table. I called and they said they had several so I rushed over. It was very nice but wouldn't be good for the space so I continued to look and there it was covered in plates. A beautiful black coffee table. It was only 60 dollars but looked brand new, I also got a faux olive tree for 29. Again looks brand new. They had a set of coasters for five dollars that totally matched the coffee table. The staff was super helpful and friendly and helped me load everything in to the car. I will definitely be going here for future furniture needs!! read more

Just now finding all the consignment stores in the area and found this one! Great selection of new/used/vintage. Rugs are 20% off thru April (GREAT PRICES ON THESE). They have a list of all the area consignment shops, both clothing & furniture along with a map. Keep in mind, a lot of these are closed on MONDAYS!. I would suggest arriving in the morning, making your way down the strip, stopping for lunch at one of the MANY restaurants/dinners and continuing on. read more

I had shopped at the One More Time clothing store and had purchased a few items. A year later, at the most, I bought new clothing and decided to take some of my older clothing to One More Time. Included with some of my older clothing was the clothing I had originally purchased at One More Time. They would not take the clothing back that I had purchased there and said that it was because they wanted labels that people would recognize. I immediately responded by saying that it was surprising because I had actually purchased that clothing there. They just stood there looking at me with, of course, that attitude they have like they are better than others. I find them to be extremely unprofessional in their decisions whether to sell or return clothing to a customer. Also, who cares about labels when you are buying USED clothing??? Come on, I mean, really? Get a life One More Time. read more

I never knew this place existed and have passed by it so many times. I was out shopping around for used furniture and decided to see what this place was all about. I was surprised and excited when I walked in here. They have a ton of inventory and most of the stuff is very good quality and ready to go. Not much of it needs restoring unless you really want to. They have everything from sofas to tables to knickknacks. I ended up buying a huge coffee table for a really good price. It needs a coat of paint but I enjoy that kinda stuff. There is delivery available only on Saturdays for a fee of $25. They may not deliver to all areas, the girl working at the front asked for my zip code before answering me, so keep that in mind! My boyfriend & I stopped by for the first time, as we're new to the neighborhood and in need of a bedroom dresser. When we first walked in 2 dressers caught my eye, and neither had price tags like all the nick nacks sitting on top of them had. After the 3rd item I saw like this I commented to my boyfriend: "I wonder why these don't have price tags". Not noticing the employee nearby, a tall gentleman with glasses, suddenly interjected into our convo to educate us on why various items weren't priced. Without welcoming us first , apologizing for the confusion or giving us any eye contact (as his priority was putting up a mirror on the wall at this very moment) he just gave us the excuse that they had just received those items that very morning. He did mention we could leave a phone# to be contacted once those items were priced, but that lack of enthusiasm or common courtesy was enough for me. At that, I immediately knew I wasn't going to spend my money at this establishment and we walked out. On our way out however another salesman was dragging a chest in place and greeted us in a very welcoming manner. Had he greeted us first I'm sure we would have had a much different impression of this store. I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 because I did notice items there that we're very nice, we never made it around the entire store, and the polite saleman on our way out. I have been a customer of OMT since its inception, when Kate Holmes was the "sole proprietor", something that she proudly stated on the membership card (which I still have). The store branched out after it changed hands and a furniture store was added. I have been a regular customer there since its inception. I haven't always agreed with some of the decisions made by the buyers. For instance, after we downsized, I wanted to consign some of our wine glasses there. The buyers turned the goblets down, saying that they are out of style. Target and Walmart must disagree because those glasses are carried at both stores. Other than that, I love OMT and OMTT. Today, I had a disagreement with a CSR about one of the policies at the store. A CSR, Rachel, could have left it at that, standing behind the policy... but that's not what she did. Rachel went the "extra mile" to ensure that I was happy. I want to thank Rachel and the owner of the store for their actions today. In this climate of anger and hatred, it is so good to know that there are still people around who will go that extra step. Rachel, always so helpful and knowledgeable, will grow and prosper in whatever she does. The owner certainly has my loyalty as I will continue to be an active customer there. People often complement the decor of our home and ask about the furnishings. I always list OMTT as one of my major sources.. and I always will. If you are looking for a place to purchase really high end "stuff" at a reasonable price, OMTT is the place to be! read more

The associates do not speak to you when you enter the store, and act snotty when you ask them a question. This is not a Saks 5th Avenue, but the clerks seem to think they work in one. Even the One More Time Etc clerks don't speak. I will never go back to either of these stores. read more

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy this store. We have bought many items and sold many items. I have always found the staff extremely helpful. I like the fact that they let you leisurely wander around without pestering you. If we had a question, or needed help, someone was right there for us. They have helped us carry in or carry out heavy items. Their delivery price is very reasonable. and their frequent shopper card is a great idea. They are 100% better than New Uses which gives you pennies for your items and New Uses has buying policies that seem to change daily. read more

My experience with One More Time Etc. was excellent. My wife and I recently purchased a sectional sofa there and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. The staff was very friendly and helpful, plus the selection of furniture was diverse, so we had a number of options to choose from. The best part for us was the delivery team. The sofa that we bought was a bit bigger than the staircase we needed to navigate while placing it in our home. The two gentlemen from the store who delivered the furniture were polite, professional and amazingly creative with getting the sofa into our second floor room! While I know different people may have different experiences with the shopping experience at any number of stores, but anyone who gives a consignment store, like One More Time Etc. a negative rating because the customer was hoping to find a specific pillow in a precise color with a brass zipper, instead of a silver zipper, needs to understand that the selection at any consignment shop is going to be limited to the items which are available at that exact time and exact place. If the customer wants to find a product which meets that level of strict criteria, then they should consider having everything they want custom manufactured. Otherwise, they should mellow out, go to One More Time Etc., and enjoy its eclectic collection of furniture, lamps and room accessories. For a "gently used" furniture store I give One More Time Etc. five stars. read more
