I ordered a living room of furniture three months ago from Crate and Barrel (Ali was my designer). The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

The building has a strong automotive history from being a Ford Dealership, a Service Garage, and an Auto Parts store, and today operates as a vendor mall. They have what looked like to be at least 20 or so vendors operating booths in this store. Each carries different things from, clothes, to books, toys, decor, purses/bags, cards, yard art, cooking utensils, and more. The selection is largely geared towards tourists, but locals will find items here as well. It appeared all items were new, so don't mistake this for like an antique mall or craft/artist mall. They items in here are pretty much more widely available, which takes some uniqueness away from the place. Pricing varied but they had items that matched almost all price points. Overall this place is worth a visit and with the variety of items, most can find something here either for themselves or for a gift. It is an easy visit right on Main street and only has two aisles so it won't take a long time to see everything they are offering.

I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. While there, I noticed the newly discounted price was even more attractive so I decided to repurchase. As a Perk member, I understand the store promotes benefits such as hassle-free returns and no questions asked. In the past, I have never experienced any issues with returns or repurchasing items at adjusted pricing. But on this visit, the store manager, Cassandra, refused to honor the store policy stating that we do not do price matching and that I cannot return items and repurchase them. First, I never asked for price adjustment; I simply stated that I was returning them and then repurchasing them and buying more of the same items. I reference the return policy which was right on the counter and ironically, she stated that was not applicable to me. I asked her to please call her manager over. She left and came back after a few minutes with the store director, Lory, who agreed with her. I asked both managers to clearly explain how my return fell outside of policy guidelines, especially since I had my receipt and was well within the return window (less than 30 days; as a perk member you actually receive additional 30 days to return). Initially, they declined to assist. It was only after I asked how to escalate the matter that the director agreed to proceed, noting that the transaction required manual input because the system would not automatically recognize it. They even had the nerve to question why I was returning to this store vs going back to the store of purchase, which was located in Oklahoma (not sure why in heck this was a concern but truly showed me their ignorance). The overall interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and inconsistent with the customer-friendly policies the store advertises. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and clarity. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I guess the term "the customer is always right" has been tossed out the window. I'm afraid to even question what happened to common sense? I wish there was an option for a "No Star" rating because they surely earned it with this one!
