The Chair Factory has a large "covid 19 sale" banner out front but when I visited the salesman I talked to refused to wear a mask stating that "he had already had covid" even as cases are on the rise all over the country, unnecessarily endangering the lives of his customers. He seemed put off when I then asked we stand 6 feet apart. This behavior goes beyond inconsiderate and enters the territory of reckless and terrifying. Do not shop here if you value your life. As a reminder, we are in the middle of a pandemic, we wear masks for the safety of others not for ourselves, even if you have endured COVID it is possible to get it again. This included which fabrics are the most pet-claw resistant. Also, I needed a desk, and the store does not display these. But Marcelina pointed me to a perfect one on the website. And Marcelina was very efficient. With her help, we made our selections in about one-half hour. We had purchased two chairs and a couch from Joybird in April when we moved into our new home and have been delighted with them. From this visit, we added new items for two more rooms and are extremely happy with what we ordered.

Upon entering the Showroom I first noticed a stunning gold velvet couch in the front window; Mid Century Modern, with a gorgeous MCM chair across from it. I have never been a huge fan of MCM but my husband is. After chatting at length with a different Saleswoman named Jane I ended up ordering the Mid Century Modern sofa bed in gold velvet, along with the floor model MCM chair, also in a gold toned fabric. The chair fit perfectly in my car so I excitedly drove it home. The chair looks fabulous in our living room and I am actually in LOVE with Mid Century Modern now! Can't wait for our made to order Sofa Bed to arrive. Jane was really great about guiding me through the process of choosing the right pieces. I started to order a different style of couch but at the last second my instincts prompted me to go with that gorgeous MCM piece. Jane was very patient and cordial with me even though they were trying to close. Her Customer Service is excellent! I can see by reading some of the Reviews that a few people have had a regrettable experience, and that IS a bummer! But MOST of the Reviews are positive and I'm confident that my experience will remain positive. Looking forward to enjoying our beautiful pieces for many years.
