The dresser is a stunning green and I asked Lion if he could add some gold handles for me (totally let him take the wheel on that) -- super pleased with the result. The night stand was a deep cherry color before and I asked if he could refurbish it and paint it a dark teal for an additional cost. The Chair Factory has a large "covid 19 sale" banner out front but when I visited the salesman I talked to refused to wear a mask stating that "he had already had covid" even as cases are on the rise all over the country, unnecessarily endangering the lives of his customers. He seemed put off when I then asked we stand 6 feet apart. This behavior goes beyond inconsiderate and enters the territory of reckless and terrifying. Do not shop here if you value your life. As a reminder, we are in the middle of a pandemic, we wear masks for the safety of others not for ourselves, even if you have endured COVID it is possible to get it again. Wash your hands wear a mask and don't go to The Chair Factory.

Further, Junior has a warm sincere manner when speaking to anybody in the family from children, cynical adults or otherwise vulnerable elderly members. Bedford is a classic "mom and pop" shop that has a deeply rooted human touch lacking in more grandiose, faceless commercial institutions. So I wandered into Joybird just to get an idea of what is out there. I spoke with Eugenia over the phone before heading over and she was really sweet. Upon entering the Showroom I first noticed a stunning gold velvet couch in the front window; Mid Century Modern, with a gorgeous MCM chair across from it. I have never been a huge fan of MCM but my husband is. After chatting at length with a different Saleswoman named Jane I ended up ordering the Mid Century Modern sofa bed in gold velvet, along with the floor model MCM chair, also in a gold toned fabric. The chair fit perfectly in my car so I excitedly drove it home. The chair looks fabulous in our living room and I am actually in LOVE with Mid Century Modern now! Can't wait for our made to order Sofa Bed to arrive. Jane was really great about guiding me through the process of choosing the right pieces. I started to order a different style of couch but at the last second my instincts prompted me to go with that gorgeous MCM piece. Jane was very patient and cordial with me even though they were trying to close. Her Customer Service is excellent! I can see by reading some of the Reviews that a few people have had a regrettable experience, and that IS a bummer! But MOST of the Reviews are positive and I'm confident that my experience will remain positive. Looking forward to enjoying our beautiful pieces for many years. That's if our cat Milo behaves himself. (I did purchase the Pet Protection Plan, lol).

Elliot Blitman just gives exuses why he did not send it out, then claims his wife will do it. Never got anthing from them. They do not come to pick up, they send the people who buy it from them. So unprofessional. I would not donate anything to them. You should not deal with people like this. Update to my review. Lisa Blitman has contacted me today and was unaware of the issue and claims she will be sending out the receipt. I'm glad she reponded quickly this time and was very cooperative . I only wish that I receive the recept this time unlike her husband. Again shouldn't have to run after the receipt.
