However, when I dropped my cushions off, as I was instructed to do, the woman who finally came out of the locked offices (covid) was unfriendly, and made me feel quite unwelcome. When I checked my e-mail, apparently, their system auto-generates invoices that read "past due", even if you haven't been advised that your items are ready. In my case, the invoice was wrong, and was trying to charge me for items I didn't receive, and had to be adjusted before payment, all the while continuing to dun me as though I was refusing to pay a bill. They did a very nice job, and it's unfortunate that they don't offer anything resembling a smile as part of their service. It's my guess that there are plenty of places where I can find adequate service.

I said yes and this is one of the reasons I like punching from them is they register for warranty, test and i support local business. Unit fired up, during checked he said total was $600ish? I immediately said the price was $479.99 and their website shows that price and that was the price given when i called. He asked if was still on sale and I said I have no idea but that why a called to confirm inventory and price. He asked who I spoke to and I did not get a name but he would find out who i spoke to. He found the person I spoke to and he said they can't honor the price he gave me for 479.99 because there was a miscommunication? I asked what the miscommunication was when he said what the price was 479.99? He stated they can't sell it at that price and walked away. What piss poor customer service not to honor the price they have on webpage and after confirming that was the correct price. This is bait and switch and I can understand not always updating your website but that's why I called and asked for the price and inventory. After selecting several options, they pulled them out of the pile and laid them side by side on the floor for comparison. Once I made the final selection, they offered me a very good deal. I purchased the rug and it came with protective mat that went underneath. They stand by the life of the rug and you can even bring it back for cleaning. The store personally and product selection were excellent. My installation was awful. The…read moredelivery/install individual was a taciturn man, who appeared anxious to do as little as possible. This individual hooked up both machines and opened the door to leave, I pushed on the washer and observed that it was rocking on the mounting pads. I advised the installer that the machine was not level. His answer, "THAT is a heavy machine!". I agreed, but stated that he maybe should have brought a helper. Not willing to have him leave the machine for me to level; I helped him lift and adjust the leveling feet. After he left, I discovered that he had totally botched the dryer vent installation. There was an extending periscope type duct, that mounted to the machine vent, then went behind the machine and extended the vent to the top of the machine. This allowed for the machine to be placed closer to the wall. This cretin, loosely zip tied the flexible duct tubing to the machine, then zip tied the extendable vent tube to this tubing, then zip tied ceiling vent to top of periscope vent, and dropped the periscope vent in it's entirety, behind the machine. He then left, leaving the dryer about 8 inches from the wall, and without making the water connection for the steam dryer. At 76years old, I wrestled the machine away from the wall to correctly install the vent apparatus; the machine was then placed back into position. It now sits 3" from wall. It is almost level, but i cannot raise it to correctly level it. There is still NO water connection to the dryer. If i had known the installation would be so terrible, i would NOT have purchased the washer and dryer units.​

The crew worked methodically, blanket-wrapped furniture, pointed out and documented pre-existing marks before loading, and handled difficult maneuvering with impressive skill. They even opened boxes during the process so I could decide in real time what should move, stay, or be repacked. Nothing felt rushed or careless. I had already done substantial prep work to reduce clutter and create access paths, which helped the process, but the team still completed what was conservatively estimated as a 7-hour job in under 5 hours. They assembled the bed, staged furniture, laid rugs, and helped make the apartment immediately functional. Most importantly, they treated both the belongings and the customer with respect throughout the entire process. They used blankets and foresaw anything that could harm the leather on the way out of a tight squeeze. I highly recommend them.

I booked a month in advance and they said they would be there the morning of pickup between 8 and 10 am. They were texting me to ask for pictures of what I needed taken away as early as 8:15. At 9:45 they texted me a quote. I messaged them around 10:30 asking if/when they were coming b/c the pickup window had passed. And then I didn't hear anything until around noon. Two hours after the pickup window. That's when they told me that they weren't going to be there until around 4. In reality, it was around 4:50. The reviews here are still generally really good, so I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke, but the lateness combined with the lack of communication made for a really disappointing experience.
