Parking lot is very large. It's in a shopping center with other stores and restaurants. I walked around the maze of different rooms and themes, bedroom, office, kids play items, etc. thankfully they have arrows on the floor to guide you through. I did find the storage containers and was really happy about the glass being a good quality. And they had 2 different types of lids. Plastic and bamboo. I've been pricing containers and these were close to half the cost at other places. And I love the ones I got because they are much deeper, so chili's, soups, mile high lasagna, will fit perfectly. Great price and quality. The store is very clean. Everything in its place. Everything marked with a price sign. I used the self check out. I think they did away with actual cashiers. So now they have cashiers standing there watching you do the job. So I scanned an item, had to ask for help. The gentleman did his thing with a code and whatever, and then scanned my item for me. Then he said I could also order food from the register and pick it up at the food court they have just beyond the self check out registers. As I finished with my items, sure enough, a screen popped up asking if I wanted to purchase a hot dog and other food items. I by passed that screen, paid with my card and printed my receipt. And I was on my way

Also, there is a good amount of pillows, also ready to sample. The employee working at factory mattress was very helpful and kind. He suggested pillows to my husband, based on the way my husband sleeps, and the bed he sleeps on. We found a bed similar to the one my husband sleeps on, and he started trying pillows. The employee was very kind in determining if each pillow was supporting his neck or putting stress on his neck. The end result was buying the perfect pillow . The pillow was a little pricey, $130 , a good sleep is certainly worth $130. I will definitely be back to the store. Should I have a need. Thank you.

Sleep Number Review I believe this company is only…read moreinterested in the sale and getting the cash. After the sale they will tell you anything to get you to go away. Do not buy a bed from this company. There are other adjustable air beds available. I will never again buy sleep number!!!! I recently purchased a sleep number, king size, sleep "IQ" bed, list price over $6000.00 with the protector. Three days after receiving the bed it began to leak badly. I called the local store. They said they do no customer service at the store. All customer service is handled by a national telephone help center. I called it. They said that I must watch a video of how to take the bed top entirely apart and run diagnostics on the bed. Sleep Number will not send a technician unless you pay $200.00 then it will take over a week to schedule a visit. the Technician will have no equipment or replacement parts with him by design. That means according to one "helper" that they will charge me again for the tech to return and install the parts. The customer must do diagnostics first in two stages, taking the bed entirely apart for each test. The tests must be done an allowed to work for 24 hours or Sleep Number will not be responsible for the wrong parts being sent. (What does that mean? if I fail to do their diagnostics correctly I will have to pay for the error?) Sleep Number will send the parts they believe will solve the problem after you comply with all the testing. If you need help, you will wait over a week for a tech and then it will cost you $200.00. BEAR IN MIND, THIS IS A BRAND NEW, 1 WEEK OLD, TOP OF THE LINE, SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR BED. (Oh yea, I weigh 150 pounds and my wife weighs less than 100.) It took me an hour to disassemble and reassemble the bed each time. I did this and the test was not absolutely clear. Both chambers had air loss in one configuration and one leaked almost entirely empty in two hours in the other configuration. I called and requested that they send me the entire air system, pump and 2 air chambers. I was refused by several different "helpers" by phone. I asked for both because if there is still a problem with the second air chamber i would have to go through this all again, take apart the bed, and so on. I was reluctantly willing to donate my labor to Sleep Number's failure to assure quality "ONE TIME", not several. I had to request the bed be returned which got me to a very helpful lady. She had no idea why those bad helpers would not agree to send the entire air system. So I agreed to keep the bed and not write this review based on her sending me the two air chambers and new pump. She said, "I have placed your order and it will go out 2nd day air". She repeated the 2 chambers and one pump. I thanked her. I checked my email as I got mail! Sleep Number order for ONE chamber and one pump. Just exactly what the other "helpers" said I would have to accept. She lied to me. I am done with my Sleep Number fiasco. I am returning the bed. I believe this company has adopted a totally unethical business practice. One thought, do they sell to 80 year old + people? Do they demand that a 80 or 90 year old lady get on her hands and knees and exchange pneumatic hose connections or they will charge her $200.00 for a tech maybe more if the tech has to return? Does Sleep Number sell to disabled folks? Must a person work from their wheel chair to do the work for Sleep Number so Sleep Number does not have to pay labor to repair their defective merchandise? As long as we Americans put up with this abusive and reprehensible behavior these multi billion dollar corporations will continue these practices. I would never recommend trusting Sleep Number. PS. I have been waiting for the replacement parts now for over 5 days. Still no parts. They promised me the sent the parts 2nd day air on Monday. It is Wednesday night at 9:10pm no parts. I have not been able to sleep on the bed for 9 days now.
