If I could rate 0 stars I would , the lady that works there gave me a price of 1300 for couches then called me saying it would be 1700 a week later explaining the shipping and tariffs. Then when I asked for my 200$ deposit back they kept giving me the run around and then finally asked me to come.Back with my yellow receipt for proof saying she can't do a refund without it. I had to call my bank to refund it. She is rude and hung up on me twice after telling her I was going to write a review of how she does business she says go ahead and hangs up. Bought a sofa on sale last week, I guess they gave me the wrong price and told my husband they would still do what they said. Delivery day was today; they didn't bring the whole sofa set I asked for. Also sets a time on Thursday between 10-11 and calls at 830, I don't answer because I was up all night with my newborn. Owner then calls my husband and says oh your wife said it's ok for 9:00. He lied to my husband about the time, couch wasn't what he said, I was so confused why this became so chaotic and not exciting. I need more furniture and I refuse to ever back. I am very happy that Tony and Ken offer very good customer service and discount. Sleep haven owner on Mchenry and Roseburg tried to charge me $1,059 for futon frame and futon, but Tony from furniture and more only charge me $450. Tony went out his way to charge me $180 for futon frame, $230 for the high quality futon and after tax was $450. I save $600 for buying my futon frame and futon at furniture and more. We had been to several stores before coming into Furniture and More. We were having a hard time finding just the right couch we wanted. Kareem greeted us as soon as we walked in and let us browse around a bit. When we saw something similar to what we were looking for he was very helpful to find out what exactly we wanted and gave us some other options. He understood what we wanted and didn't try to sell us on anything different, which I appreciated! In speaking with another gentleman there (I apologize I don't remember his name) but it turned out they had something that fit our description at their other location. I was hesitant as we had been looking all day and the thought of going to the mall before Christmas was not sounding like a good time BUT their location is part of the outdoor mall so we gave it a go. SO glad we did! We got there and we fell in love with the couch! We were able to purchase the floor model and then add some additional custom pieces to it. They were able to deliver it the very next day AND even helped us move out our old furniture. The gentleman that delivered was also the same one who told us about the couch at their second location. Not sure if he's an owner or manager but he was awesome and I wish I grabbed his name. The customer service was great and our overall experience was painless (which can be hard to find sometimes when furniture shopping haha) We love our couch and can't wait for the other pieces to get here! I bought a reclining sectional in August 2021 and went on a travel work assignment for 3 months. Upon returning home during the holidays, we soon realized the reclining mechanism did not work properly and would recline all the way back without being able to control it. We contacted the store multiple times, only to get told the rep would be contacted but then was told "mishandling" the furniture was not a reason for them to replace it. Since then, the reclining mechanisms have worsened, still recline ALL the way back with no control AND now do not fold down on the foot. A waste of money for something that didn't ever work properly in the first place. Now again, searching for new furniture fed up with the awful quality here. read more

Avoid even if they are giving stuff for free because it will never get delivered.. both Tony and Ken are very rude and change they tone once you give them business. They won't keep their word on anything - delivery dates, items promised. Worst of it is they will stop returning your calls and you've to follow-up constantly. read more

Wonderful experience !! I found something I liked on their website and called. Tony took the call and gave me a price with tax and delivery all the way to Sonora with a discount. I came and paid the next day, no quorums on price. He told me 2 weeks, but he actually delivered it in 8 days! What a total difference from Ashley who kept on delaying my delivery (3 times 6 weeks apart), even after a botched delivery attempt. I absolutely love this bedroom set and saved money ! I was in dire need of a dining table and the owner was very kind at first. He said I would get the table within a few days but I didn't receive it until over 2 weeks. In addition they assembled and delivered it and the table rocked, I didn't notice until after they left. He said it was my fault for not checking but he assembled it! So why would I think to check if the table rocked. He was extremely rude over the phone and now I'm not a priority and he said he has more customer's to deal with so he will get to me in 2-3 days. He argued with me on the phone about how it was my fault and said that he didn't want to ruin his morning with talking to me on the phone. So rude!!! If I could give them zero star I would. I bought a china cabinet which is defected and it is a piece of garbage, and we saw it when it was delivered. Since that time which was last year this time ,I keep txting him, calling him ( Tony) even I went to his store again and again and the answer was always the same that he is going to fix it or he will send some one to fix it and it never happend. the customer service here is absolutely horrible! I purchased a couch in the middle of July. At the time of purchase we let the man know that we are buying a new couch because our old couches did not fit into the new house as the doors and hallways are narrow and we wanted to buy a sectional. TONY told us it would be no problem at all and his guys would know what to do. They originally had my delivery date for 3 weeks out after I purchased and then that day came and went. Fast forward TWO MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO COUCHES! So I call and call and they just kept telling me dates and those dates came and went and came and went. Keep in mind that this entire time I do not have couches inside my house as they did not fit and are now sitting in my garage. So I go in and voice my frustrations and the guy couldn't care less until I asked for a refund then he was nice enough to offer me loaner couches to be delivered to my house until the actual one I ordered comes in. They delivered the loaner couch BROKEN so they only leave me with half of a sectional since they took the broken piece back to the store and the man who delivered the loaner couches damage the corner of my wall coming in to the house and was told that they would fix the repairs and it would be okay. So now I have these loaner couches for another month before my couches come in. The big anticipated day finally comes And TONY tells us that they are not responsible for damage. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I waited 3 months for couches and they couldn't even do the right thing after all of that to fix my wall. DO NOT shop here! read more

Ken was very nice when I went in. They just didn't have much of a variety in store & we had to order. I hate ordering because I like to see in person the quality of what I'm purchasing. So I left but he told me to check out online. I found one I liked, communicated with Tony via text/ phone at first no one had my order when it came to the Friday it was suppose to be delivered. It was an alright experience I got what I needed although the bed was platform & only came with 4 slates ! I went to low to put plywood under. I was not about to buy more sates. Also the beds rale kept sliding out recently we've only had for a week. It is what it is not about to return a whole ass bed too busy. Hope it lasts. Nice people. read more

We ordered a bed that was delivered and assembled by "professionals" in which the owner, Tony, stated his guys "knew what to do." His guys left black oily handprints all over the bed and the bed had scratches as well broken pieces. We told the guys this as well as Tony (we called him) and they said they'd come back to replace it. Which they never did. We decided to return the bed and they said we couldn't, that we could only exchange. With that in mind, we decided to upgrade and the options they gave us was the exact same bed that we were trying to return. When we made a choice, obviously it cost us a little bit more so we sealed the deal and made the exchange. Tony was only kind when he knew we were purchasing a more expensive item and was "flexible" but even then he never delivered the bed on time. We had to call him constantly to ask when they planned to finally make the delivery and it took almost a month when originally it was only going to be a week at most. Finally they delivered the bed and the entire time Tony had an attitude with me (I'm a female, he was rude to me from the beginning but not to my bf). So I let my bf handle the whole ordeal with Tony because he was flat out rude when I would call to check in on the status of the details. When they assembled the new bed, they split the wood, gave us broken drawers, and assembled the whole very sloppily. We let Tony know of the details and he promised he would get it taken care of. We got this bed in December, we contacted him month after month after month. He just kept giving us the run-around. They finally came around March-April to pick up the broken drawer so that they can "fix it" and they kept it until May. He finally gave it back (after we chased him for an answer) but he didn't let us know he was going to drop it off-- he just left it outside on the floor. The bed is a white finish. When we inspected the drawer, we noticed they didn't do anything to it. It's still broken and this time with dark stains around it and with the wood split as well. Originally they were trying to fix it with glue until we spoke up. Not only does the actual bed get broken by them when they assembled it, but they also didn't fix the drawer they were going to "fix" and instead returned it in worse conditions. My bf called Tony to tell him and he said he would work on it and he'd get back to him within a week from then. It has been a month since then and it is now July. We still have an incomplete and broken bed with a broken, stained drawer. Tony still hasn't gotten back to us and doesn't answer. This guy is a scam artist. He takes your money and does not keep his word. Back in January when we were awaiting for the new bed we had selected (because he never kept his word about delivery, wouldn't answer the phone, etc) we decided to visit the location they had at the mall which is where we made the original purchases. When we got there to speak to him and his wife in person, the space was empty. They had relocated to a different spot without giving us a heads up. We had to go to the mall's management to hunt this guy down because he still hadn't given us the bed and he had charged us already. We found his new location they remembered us and from the beginning they were being shady and trying to convince us that we were the ones that had "forgotten" about their relocation (they never said they were relocating). This business is straight trash. Both him and his wife but especially Tony. He doesn't keep his word, business ethic sucks, and on top of that has the nerve to have an attitude when he's clearly in the wrong. It is now July and he's not answering us about making these fixes nor is he answering Acima, the business he purchases from and represents (Tony is Acima's merchant). We made the mistake of not checking Yelp Reviews prior to doing business with them. Now that I've read all the 1-star reviews, I believe these other customers. Tony has the worst work ethic and customer service there is out there. read more

We bought our sectional couch and recliner from here. No problems with the sectional. But the recliner is a different issue. When they got here to deliver the furniture, the power cord was making a funny sound. Which they had tested at the store already. So they were aware of the problem before it even showed up. But instead of a courteous call to inform me they decided to just let us know after delivery. So I called up the owner of the store to find out what was going on. He answered the phone and told me it was gonna be two weeks. I expressed my frustration with the situation. Since we just spent quite a bit of money there. He then copped an attitude with me. Tell me after someone spends the money we did at his business he thinks he has the right to give an attitude. So after some back and forth he orders the new power cord. I picked up the part and got home to see if it works. Yes it worked!!! But wait... the thing doesnt turn off. It just stays on. So I have to unplug it for it to turn off. When I try to call to let him know. He doesnt answer. So I send him a message. He responds saying he would call me back. But 5 minutes later he sends another message. With an excuse he has to call back another day. I will never go back to his business again. read more
